We booked tour C (shared). Amazing spots, two relatively good for snorkeling!!! BUT we booked and went to the Bellitta agency at 8.45am and waited some time due to the fact that they gather all tourists doing tour C. We started at around 9.45am with the YVA travel tour guide and boat... (what I personally didn't like as you book with Bellitta... but we were told that is everywhere the same except with tour A where the agency is pretty sure to fill his own 25-pax boat!)
The boat was OK and the staff consisted of nice people but maybe they could have been more professional, knowing better the day conditions with plancton/jelly fish and a better English to reassure and inform the tourists we are.
The 5 spots we did were great! What we didn't like was to pay for tour C and still for the first spot of tour C to have to pay 300pesos to have a kayak, what is necessary to go to the lagoon... I don't follow the logic here. The mask they rent you is not one of best equipment we know, go search for a better snorkel in the surroundings.
The two last spots were amazing but in the shadow (no sun anymore on the beach) due to the fact that we started too lateÂż? They may have adjusted the order or have started the tour earlier knowing the sun trajectory for this season.
The lunch was great! We were just surprised by the coke bottles instead of juices or fresh water maybe..!?
Otherwise we had a good day thanks to the sun and all fishes we...
Read moreWe booked tour a and c which were great, however a lot depends on the weather. Good guides, nice lunch and all well managed. The lady at the reception is super knowledgeable and organised. She should be the boss. We also booked the expedition tour that wasnât so good in terms of agreements about places to visit and sleep. We booked it with other lady in the office but as soon as we paid she wasnât much interested in us. It was also missing any briefing and contact from the agency before the trip. We had to go to them ourself and ask for everything. The agreed itinerary was much different as at the end we were given to other company that had different itinerary (Tribal Banua). I would suggest to book an expedition tour with one of the companies that are organising those tours for better information and promise all agreements will be kept. And for agency I can suggest not to sell the trip until you donât organise it or have someone from your office on the boat. Most people on our expedition tour boat had the same issue. The trip itself was good, plenty of food, rum and snorkeling, helpful crew. The boat was a bit too small for us 12 but fine to survive 3 days. Some other companies we met had much better boats with plenty of sitting area and large roof deck. We had a great fun overall, however for those wanted to go to agreed places it might be a...
Read moreI canât recommend Bellita Tour and our amazing tour guide, Dong, enough! We had an unforgettable experience in El Nido, taking both Tours A and C with a private boat for our group of four. The trip was organized by a family member who had done the same tour last year, and it exceeded all expectations.
From start to finish, Dong made the trip truly special. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about showing us the beauty of El Nido. He pointed out interesting facts about each location and even doubled as a fantastic photographerâour pictures turned out amazing thanks to him!
The food was another highlight. On Day 1, we enjoyed a plentiful and delicious spread at Tanaw, and on Day 2, the freshly cooked meal on the boat (shrimp, fish, squid, rice, eggplant, and fruits) was absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it really enhanced the experience.
This was my first time in El Nido, and it was truly unforgettable thanks to Dong and the entire Bellita Tour team. If youâre visiting El Nido, donât hesitate to book with themâyou wonât regret it!! Look forward to a future...
