Brunch El nido — Restaurant in El Nido

If I could I would give this spot no stars. Me and my girlfriend attempted to go have brunch yesterday and they told us they’re full and had no tables for us, which was totally understandable as we saw they were pretty busy. Today we tried our luck again and yet again were denied a table but right after us a group of 4 and another couple walked inside and got seated immediately because they offered them to share a table. Mind you we didn’t get this offer when my girlfriend asked for a table and was just shot down instantly yet again. I walked inside myself and proceeded to ask one of the staff why did that group of 6 were able to seated but not me and my girlfriend and they had no words besides “I’m sorry sir” which doesn’t explain why they didn’t offer us to share a table and honestly for a spot that has great reviews about their food, their service was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend. I can’t comment on the food but services wise they need to be better in my opinion. Also before I forget I also asked if they had reservations the group of 4 and couple and they told me “No”. I’m not the type to write reviews or even be confrontational but this was unacceptable ! Hopefully others don’t have the experience what me and my girlfriend...

The ambiance is super beautiful and comfortable! Unfortunately, I got the first Matcha here, which tasted super chemically and had a hiar inside (egh!), even though it was expensive. Please use a hair net or something 🙏🏻 Furthermore, we booked tour C, but they didn't tell us in the first place that it usually got canceled, so we got a super and spontaneous cancelation. It was our last day, and we got into super bad circumstances because of that. Thankfully, we had to get back and found another place where we could book a tour, and they informed us about the bad luck with tour C, so we could organize an alternative plan with them together. (Which we needed, by the way). Please inform others about tye back lucj with tour C, so they don't get the same problems as we did.
