Asked for 1.5L bottle, no stock, asked for iced hot chocolate instead, not available. Asked for fries platter, they came back 2 mins later saying they had no fruit (mistook fries platter for fruit platter).
When I eventually received the ham & cheese sandwich it had mayonnaise instead of pesto, which they didn't tell me they had no pesto until after serving the food. I would have walked out at that point if I knew. Bread for the sandwich was stale at 12:30pm
The A/C in the venue is broken.
Fries platter was supposed to come with pesto but didn't, and the fries were very brown, almost gone off.
The prices are not cheap either so avoid unless you're desperate. Or just getting a coffee.
Bathroom had no toilet paper either.
Edit in response to the reply My companion did not request toilet paper from you and did not use any. So you are thinking of a different guest that clogged your toilet. You have 1.5 L drinks on your English menu, whether you supply them or not I don't know but I tried to order it because it is or was on the menu. I didn't just randomly ask for something off menu. You may need to look into how you store the bread or ensure you're not using stock from the previous day as it was stale on the top regardless of if you say it was baked that...
Read moreThe staff here were unbelievably rude. When I asked a simple, reasonable question about the difference between a smoothie with milk and one without—most places usually have only one option—the only arrogant response I got was, "Sir, there are only two options: with or without milk." No explanation, no effort, just pure condescension.
On another visit, while I was still deciding on my drink, one of the staff members had the audacity to stand near my table and start whistling, blatantly trying to pressure me as if I was taking up too much of their precious time. Completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
This staff seriously needs a reality check on how to treat customers and learn even the most basic principles of customer service. To top it off, the food was mediocre, and the portions for the continental breakfast toppings (jam, butter, syrup) were laughably small. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like an...
Read moreI don't understand why this place has such a high review. We had the worst breakfast during our 3 weeks' stay in different islands in the Philippines. We ordered omletes with tomato and cheese, which is served with seasonal fruits and focacha bread. Sounds good, but it wasn't. Half of the plate is bread. Omlete wasn't good, as seasonal fruits they served 2 small slices (triangles) of watermelon... when we asked for hot water, the waitress didn't know what to do. Then she went to the manager to ask if it's possible to serve hot water. Then we were waiting for our order for 30 minutes or more, though there were 2 more tables with people apart from us. The toilet was dirty and without toilet paper. There are more nicer places to have...
