HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS!!!

This company is completely disorganized. They are not able to manage the scheduling and they also try to fool their customers!

First example: I booked the dive at 3pm (they proposed me this schedule and they told me to be on time) while the dive instructor arrived at 3.45pm!!! 45 minutes late is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Sincerely I have better things to do rather than wait 45 minutes!

Second example: I specifically asked for the wreck dive, and they proposed me a certain schedule (day after at 3pm), I also asked twice during the same day if the wreck dive was confirmed, without any answer, and when the boat arrived they told me that that day they already did the wreck dive twice (at 11 and at 14) so they didn’t want to go again there!!!! I was available anytime that day, but they didn’t informed me!!!

Third example: they mix unexperienced divers with advanced certified divers, forcing experienced divers to waste their money for shallow water and easy dives!!! This is totally...

Great staff and clear communication throughout. I did my deep diving certification over four days. Scotty's is the scuba concessionaire for Shangri La and Movenpick, which is great if you are staying at one of those resorts. They meet you at the resort and the boat may pick you up from the resort as well (if you are diving on that side of the island). All charges were able to go to the room, and no surprise charges. There is a small extra charge for nitrox, which I was told about up front.

The boats we used were in good condition and the crew was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from Scotty’s diving center in Boracay - I followed 2 lessons as I had never dived before then confirmed I wanted to go for the Open Water certification - I have to say that my coach Roy was absolutely wonderful - very clear and patient, helping me to grasp all of the key elements to diving safely plus showing me all the beautiful Boracay sea life including turtles! I was diving alone and as a woman that can be intimidating but Roy and the crew were very attentive picking me up directly from my hotels beach and bringing me back.
