My wife and I walked into this restaurant at 6 pm, looking forward to a nice evening out. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but satisfactory from the moment we sat down. After being seated, it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to take our order. The waitress who finally did seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about her job. This lack of attention was evident right from the start, as water was not even poured into our glasses.

As the evening progressed, the service continued to deteriorate. We spent an hour and a half at the restaurant, during which time our initial impression of poor service only worsened. Despite multiple inquiries about the drinks we had ordered, it took more than ten minutes for the first drink to arrive. The second drink followed with a similar delay, and the third took approximately fifteen minutes to reach our table. Throughout this time, we couldn’t help but notice that other tables around us were receiving their drinks and food promptly, which only added to our frustration.

Every time someone approached our table to ask about the status of our order, it was a different person each time, which made it impossible to communicate effectively. Each new person seemed unaware of our previous requests and concerns, leading to repeated explanations and growing exasperation. Despite our polite but frequent requests for updates, our concerns were consistently ignored.

It became apparent that the staff’s attention was primarily focused on a wedding proposal event happening at the restaurant. While we understand the significance of such an event, it should not come at the expense of other customers’ dining experiences. The primary purpose of a restaurant is to serve its customers, and on this occasion, the staff failed spectacularly in that duty.

Our experience at this restaurant was in stark contrast to other dining establishments at the Crimson Resort, where we have always received excellent service without any issues. This particular restaurant’s inability to manage its service effectively was disappointing and unacceptable. Given the numerous choices available, we would recommend avoiding this place if you value timely and...

Food: I ordered a burger medium rare. And I was asked to sign a waiver that I am solely responsible if I get sick because of the meat. It’s extremely difficult to understand how can this be charged to the customer who never sees the cow, nor the supplier, the production line, the cook, the delivery, etc. Then the audacity to say that the burger was cooked and they can not change the order as they informed me after I asked for the burger. I could have accepted this from a local restaurant with low prices, no skilled people and maybe low staff, in the slumps of Manila. But here? I mean… come on… this Boracay restaurant is a ripoff! Then changed it to pad thai - simple, no fish/shrimp/any type of meat. Of course I got it with shrimps… and the taste… medium rare :). Service: They smile, they are humble and they try their best but the lack of customer attention and the service is undeniable. Atmosphere: The beach is nice, not crowded, is clean, the price for the entrance is 500 php/ person and is usable for food and drinks, the waters are nice. Being private makes it quieter than the white beach or the others. Total: 2 stars. 3 pax,...

We visited the Beach Club as walk-in guests and were thoroughly impressed! The entrance fee is 2,500 pesos per person, with 2,000 pesos credited towards food and drinks. Sun beds and towels are included in the price. While the prices for food and beverages are on the higher side, the quality of the food is truly excellent. What stood out the most was the service: the Beach Club offers by far the best service we experienced in the Philippines. Our host, BeeJay, was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. He regularly adjusted our sun beds to keep them perfectly in the shade and provided complimentary refreshing towels and water. We felt like royalty throughout our stay and can recommend the Beach Club. It’s an absolute highlight for anyone who values quality and...

There were lots of tables available but the waitress told us the restaurant was at full capacity and could only arrange us to sit outdoors where it's dark and windy, maybe that's because we have not made a booking in advance! Some tables were still available at the time we finished our dinner and left the restaurant, like the one in my 2nd pic, no idea why we could not get a better table when we paid for the same price. As for dishes, most of them on the menu are spicy or fried food, the diversity is to be improved. Overall, the services are not like those in a 5-star hotel's restaurant. Not recommended if you have other options.

The place is clean and the ambience is good. Service was great and they were very helpful and friendly. Overall it's a good place to eat and relax. The food is a bit pricey (one meal is >P500) but the taste is good. We ordered the Chicken Tandoori, Azure Burger, 4 Cheese Pizza, Curry Oysters and Pad Thai. The Chicken Tandoori was my favorite. The Pad Thai was also yummy. The 4 Cheese pizza was also quite cheesy so it was good! The Curry Oysters were just okay. The Azure Burger's patty was lacking a lot of seasoning, could barely taste it. Just this for improvement.

Went here twice this January. The food is expensive AS EXPECTED but the taste is very good. We tried the following: Butter Chicken Curry - Taste awesome, the spices are very bold Tamarind and Sweet Soy Half Chicken - MUST TRY Ice Cream - Very nice not overwhelming in flavor so it's good Stir Fry Vegetables - ok Salt and Pepper Squid - too salty!! Fries - really good and serving size is great Rice - great size too! 4 stars because they didnt told us that there is an elevator and we walked a steep ladder in our first try.
