We were craving Italian pizza and decided to try Brezza. The location is great, but unfortunately, the experience was a disaster—completely unprofessional and poorly managed.

Despite claiming to specialize in pizza, they struggled with basic service. We ordered four pizzas along with drinks, including Aperol Spritz. The Aperol had no bubbles, clearly made with old Prosecco, so we sent it back. Rather than risk another 20-minute wait, I switched to beer—only to find out there were no cold beers available!

The food was even worse. The first pizza arrived completely cold, left sitting at the counter with no one to serve it. The second one suffered the same fate. Meanwhile, their huge wood-fired oven was only being used for one pizza at a time, making any hope of a timely meal impossible.

When we sent the cold pizzas back, they simply reheated them, drying them out completely. We refused to eat them and asked for fresh, hot pizzas. The next two arrived properly, but at PHP 1,000 per pizza, they were far from impressive. The original two pizzas finally came back—this time half-cooked with raw dough.

The staff was friendly but completely lost, with no real sense of how to run the restaurant efficiently. It's a shame because the place has great potential, but as it stands, Brezza is a complete joke. If you’re looking for good pizza, better try...

Nice place and polite staff. If you want taste some Italian food you are in the wrong place. We ate here couple of times and had the same experience which was quite poor Italian food. Once we had pizza which was acceptable, however, the staff did not know much about the food when asked question. Another time we had some bruschetta that were soggy and tasted a bit of burnt; my fried calamari tried to escape the batte and the gnocchi were bland. My partner once ordered via the beach bar a spaghetti carbonara and he got scrambled egg spaghetti. We did not expect to have a carbonara as we may get in Italy or with the original products but an acceptable creamy carbonara, since my partner loves the carbonara he gave them a second chance but first we asked if they could make a nice creamy carbonara and they said “yes”, The carbonara we got was this time a cream soup pasta. So do not expect a nice Italian...

The food is good and I would say not bad for Italian restaurant though I still take out 1 star because I’m expecting a bit more considering the price. But the pizza Americana is really good and the Risotto Gnocchi is also superb with generous amount of mozzarella that goes so well with the red tomato sauce. I ordered kiddie meal for my son and he enjoyed his always favorite Mc&cheese with bread on the side and chicken fingers. Overall it was a decent meal. The staff is also kind and attentive, we did not wait for long maybe because it was a bit early for lunch when we were there also not a weekend. This restaurant is better option than the other one...
