Exhausting Experience, Zero Care for Customers After a long workday, I stopped at Chowking Roces Ave. Branch, craving their chicken chop (specifically for the sauce). Despite being the only customer, staff refused to take my order manually. I was exhausted and found this policy inflexible and inconsiderate. The guard ignored fast-moving traffic while I struggled to exit, showing no concern for customer safety. The sole reason I ordered the chicken chop was the sauce! and it WASN'T included.
