The staff of botejyu fishermall are not good at entertaining customers. This place really does have bad customer service. They work SO SLOW and it takes them so long to take your order. We asked the staff to ask the chefs, if the food we were interested in had egg because my best friend is allergic to it. The first the guy we talked to, assumed that it had no egg but we asked him to confirm with the chef because allegies are a serious matter, but then he didn't come back to us. The other staff we asked, told us that EVEN THEIR chef had no idea if the food contained egg. Our order arrived ONE HOUR LATE, it took them THAT long to serve our food because they didn't prioritize making the fastest thing we ordered and then send it out, instead what they did was they they sent out our food AFTER they had completed the ENTIRE order. We had to follow up our order so many times. The hunger of my companions passed and we weren't eating happily AT ALL. This restaurant made me experience the WORST customer service in my life.

The food is alright but it is quite pricey. I just wanna say that I personally do not like their chicken teriyaki, it was dry, served in a small portion and had no sesame seads (ー_ー). I really liked their special...

The first time I went to this restaurant was about 2 years ago. Never tried Botejyu but decided to look at the menu and talk to them about the Ramen. It is not easy to find great Ramen on the Philippines. The waitress some young women by the name of Joyce explained everything to me everything. Joyce had a big beautiful smile and was so helpful I decided to try it. Ever since then I keep coming back. The Ramen is just like Japan. The service is even better.

I highly recommend Botejyu and if you can ask for Joyce, she is the hardest worker I have seen in a long time and always pleasant service.

Great restaurant and great service I...

There are food that tasted good like the garlic beef but i think its overprice for 675pesos, the crispy tempura maki roll is what we like most, the seafood yakisoba is ok but abit salty, the gyoza is also salty. The ramen is also good but chasu is all fat meat, takoyaki is so so.....the worst is the pork buns...2 pcs thinly cut of pork chasu thats full of fat and abit hard to chew and the buns seems not fresh considering it serve to us last and pricey...overall i can say not all food are good and price is pricey considering the small serving. Service is also so so crew are chating with...

Salmon and Rice bowl was great. Been to Japan (Osaka, Ginza, Shinjuku, Tokyo) but have never encountered this drink. The so called famous Osaka “juice” at ₱200 (US$3.67) was a a let down. We were told it really has that big chunk of ice to retain the “juice” temperature. It was not juice we got but more of a shake. Not even concentrate come like that. I do make juice from fresh fruit.

Not worth the spending 400-500pesos for a ramen. Ramen was served cold and the noodles were overcooked. Serving time took more than 30mins given that I only ordered 2 items. Will definitely not come back again. Just had to finish my food so it wont go to waste.
