The staff of botejyu fishermall are not good at entertaining customers. This place really does have bad customer service. They work SO SLOW and it takes them so long to take your order. We asked the staff to ask the chefs, if the food we were interested in had egg because my best friend is allergic to it. The first the guy we talked to, assumed that it had no egg but we asked him to confirm with the chef because allegies are a serious matter, but then he didn't come back to us. The other staff we asked, told us that EVEN THEIR chef had no idea if the food contained egg. Our order arrived ONE HOUR LATE, it took them THAT long to serve our food because they didn't prioritize making the fastest thing we ordered and then send it out, instead what they did was they they sent out our food AFTER they had completed the ENTIRE order. We had to follow up our order so many times. The hunger of my companions passed and we weren't eating happily AT ALL. This restaurant made me experience the WORST customer service in my life.

It is not easy to find great Ramen on the Philippines. The waitress some young women by the name of Joyce explained everything to me everything. Joyce had a big beautiful smile and was so helpful I decided to try it. Ever since then I keep coming back. The Ramen is just like Japan. The service is even better.
I highly recommend Botejyu and if you can ask for Joyce, she is the hardest worker I have seen in a long time and always pleasant service.
Great restaurant and great service I...

Service is also so so crew are chating with...
