This is my first and last visit. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service and management.

The waitress spilled food on me and didn’t apologize. None of the waitstaff helped me clean my clothes, and no one offered to compensate for the inconvenience they caused me. The situation was completely ignored by all the staff.

The waitress of our table only took our order and brought us food. No one came to our table. Empty plates remained untouched for a long time. We couldn’t even settle the bill because our table was ignored.

I complained to the manager about the incident with the waitress spilling food on me and not assisting with cleaning my clothes. The manager apologized and suggested me to order something. She left me to investigate the situation. Later, she returned and dismissively claimed that the waitress had already apologized to me. I reiterated that there were no apologies, and I was completely ignored. She called the waitress over. The waitress avoided eye contact and behaved impolitely. Instead of apologizing, the waitress HURRIED US to LEAVE the table. Her apology was insincere and she left mid-sentence. The manager said we could order something, but emphasized that they had already apologized to us. However, she didn’t want any problems, so it's better for us to order something. In other words, they were asking us to leave the table, but also suggesting us to wait by ordering something. They were contradicting themselves.

The interaction with the waitress and manager was extremely unpleasant, and their English was pretty poor. Consequently, we decided not to wait, paid the bill, and left promptly. By the way, the food was also...

The food was average and quite overpriced for the quality that was served. I ordered a Chicken Kyiv in English (as was written in the menu) but the waitress seemed to fail to understand me and corrected me that it’s called a “kotlet de volaille” in quite a snobbish manner, as if I didn’t know what I’m ordering. I didn’t bother explaining to her that it literally says Chicken Kyiv in the English menu and that her comment was both unnecessary and unprofessional but it left a mark on the experience. Other than a few hiccups, the service was prompt. I’ve had really great food before, and I’ve had really great chicken Kyiv too - this was neither. Even though the prices reflected a fine dining restaurant, the plating and appearance of the food did not. The chocolate fondant for dessert was quite decent but again nothing to rave about. The restaurant itself had a nice ambience and the whole set up was very pleasant, we also got our coats helped with and checked at the door which I appreciated. As for drinks, there weren’t any spectacular non alcoholic options but the lemonade was quite nice. We didn’t have a chance to try the wine menu but it looked like it had quite some variety. Overall it was an okay dining experience but I doubt we...

We visited with a few friends and ordered two courses each. At €65 person, the price felt kind of fair—until the service cast a shadow over the experience. While the food was average, I could have easily overlooked that had the service been warm or welcoming. Unfortunately, the blonde lady who handled our bill was noticeably unfriendly. I approached to pay my share—something perfectly normal in most restaurants, especially of this level—but was met with visible annoyance and dismissive behavior. She repeated herself under her breath and made no effort to show the courtesy one would expect in a fine dining setting. In hospitality, a genuine smile can redeem many things. Sadly, in this case, it was precisely what...
