Gelataria Ice It — Local services in Lisbon

Great flavours. Disappointing serving sizes.

Stopped by "Ice it" while shopping.

Asked for an ice cream cone with 3 scoops which costs 5,20€ (4 scoops is 6,20€).

Asked for the strawberry cheesecake flavor (can't see it in the picture because it's below the other scoops), the Oreo flavor and the biscuit (american cookie) flavor.

While the actual ice creams are very good quality and the taste is rather genuine (it really tastes like what is labelled) the serving sizes are disproportionate and uneven, specially when compared to the size of the cone.

I felt like 60% of the 'eating' went for the cone because the lady who served me the ice cream was so cautious and conservative when it came to the serving size.

Felt a bit ripped off to be honest. For a 5,20€ ice cream they should give you a bit more. Then again, in this type of business it's quite common to witness discrepancies based on the person attending so there is that (if it were the other lady working there she might have given more ice cream, for example)

Otherwise, this would have been an easy 4 star review, but because of the aforementioned "turn-off" i will stay at 3 stars.

Forgot to mention that they offer you a 33cl water bottle if you purchase an ice cream with at least 3...

Péssima experiência. Dirigi me ao espaço Ice It no Colombo, no qual fui atendida por uma funcionária que não era minimamente simpática. Visto que não conhecíamos o estabelecimento dirigimo nos a caixa e pedi um crepe, no qual disseram que não tinham a massa, até ai tudo bem. Pedimos então um waffle com tudo. O que aconteceu foi que estávamos a ser atendidos por um homem na caixa que até foi simpático, até chegar uma funcionária que se dirigiu a nós sem dizer boa tarde, após não o fazer foi fazer o waffle mas com uma atitude de desagrado. Porém abordou nos a perguntar o que queríamos e como não sabíamos como funcionava (se podíamos escolher tudo o que estava exposto ou não) ela não nos informou voltou as costas, a dar a entender que estava a respirar e depois virou se com uma atitude arrogante a perguntar se já sabíamos. Perguntou nos contudo se queríamos um waffle mal cozido ou bem (?) deu nos um waffle cru e o colega teve que a ir substituir!!! Inadmissível irei relatar por escrito no livro de...

Boa noite pelo o dia de hoje estive no colombo e fui ao estabelecimento do ice, pedi um krepe de nutella até aí tudo ok, mas antes de fazer o pedido fiz questão de dizer a funcionária da caixa e a funcionária que ia fazer o krepe que já não é a primeira vez que vou ao ice e que o krepe ou não vem com nutella por dentro ou só metem por fora e disse hoje a funcionária para meter nutella por dentro e por fora e peço sempre para levar para casa, qual o meu espanto quando vou a ver o krepe não tem nutella por cima e o krepe queimado por baixo e puseram nutella para desfalcar o queimado mas deu para ver e o sabor estava desagradável nutella com queimado, eu peço que tenham em atenção a estas situações pois sou cliente a muito anos ia sempre ao ice do strada 5 estrelas a do colombo infelizmente já não posso dizer o...
