I love the idea of this place. They have improved their vegetarian/vegan options and that's super exciting. Unfortunately, they have more rules and regulations as to what you can/cannot add to your entree. It's exhausting for the guest and the employees. Literally, expect everything to cost extra. I had to employees get in an argument about how many extras I got on my order today. I worked at the corporate office of a mexican grill in the United States and we operated in a similar way...until we conducted focus groups on our employees and customers and realized we were exhausting both parties with our upcharges and rules. We eventually increased the base price of our entree and did away with add-ons (the exception being extra meat) and everyone was so much happier in our restaurants. We were really amazed by the quality of the ingredients and we could see ingredients being made in the kitchen which gave us an extra respect for the place.
