Too mechanic. It has a great location. But the management mode is too stiff. It spoils the enjoyment.. gives it a cash register ka-ching taste. It's not possible to compromise noticeable business-ish cash register 'ka-ching'! and spontaneous relaxing. It becomes more of a machine. And I feel empty Bottom line.. I don't need to go to a café. I go to a café exclusively for the pleasure It's interesting that the staff are between themselves rather informal (apparently), and robot-like when dealing with the customer. This seems very fake and plastiky. And it really seems to be due to the management style I used to order hot chocolate and I would like to have two balls of icecream in a cone but I'll just be by the beach parapet in the drizzle. It's relaxing A good point.. it has no impersonal electronic screens. So it's not impossible I'll stop by one day. Not likely, though
Update: I tried again and now I can say with confidence. There is a management process equivalent to removing the soul. It's definitely not human. It's impressive. And scary.. one wonders what sinister thing is going on in the management environment Lower rank employees seem they have a psychological harness on them. But the manager takes it to a different level. It's equivalent to the absence of a soul. Perhaps they replace the soul with some cash mechanism.. it seems. It's in every act, every utterance. It's the demeanour It leads one to ask oneself.. what's the point? What's the essence of existence? Why am I breathing? What is it to be human? I have to admit.. I am horrified One thinks.. is Portugal going this way? Is this the beginning of the end of that Portugal characterized by its human richness? The ultimate reason why we love Portugal. The authentic warmth and spontaneity. When it is over.. what's left? I saw kids playing by the sea and felt better.. recovered from that terrible and...
Read moreThe cafeteria is located next to the beach and has views of the port. It is located next to a park so the atmosphere is very good. The place has a nice decoration and transmits very good feelings. The ice creams are very rich and have many flavors so that everyone can find what they want. The prices are quite good considering the area in which it is located. The waiters, at least the time we went, were pretty clueless and didn't pay much attention to us. We had a small mistake with one of the things we ordered and the truth is that they didn't try to fix it but resigned themselves to bringing us what they understood we had asked for. Removing this small punctual misunderstanding, the site is very good, especially for...
Read moreWent with some friends to this place, and I was recommend to get their ice creams. I must say this was one of the best I've creams I have had in a while now. There were at least 20 different ice cream flavors to choose from, I picked hazelnut and Ferrero Rocher, which were not only delicious. but also had this great texture in your mouth. The space is big and the staff was friendly. They also serve crepes, waffles, different fresh fruit juices, a wide variety of tea. The location is right in the cost with a view to the sea, which makes it better especially during the summer. The overall prices were normal, nothing overpriced in my opinion. I can recommend going...
