Neat little Hotel, nestled into a Street full of Restaurants and about 5 minutes of walk away from Porto's Beach. The staff is young and professional. Rooms are tidy and modern. The Pool is either too shallow for Sport or too cold for Relaxation. Currently, a Reservation has to be made in advance (probably due to COVID-19) and a Swim cap has to be worn, which are also available for Purchase at the Counter. Bathrobes and additional Towels are available upon request. The Restaurant wasn't available for dinner. The Breakfast was straightforward, with either an acceptable brand of coffee from a bean to cup machine or a Nespresso Professional Machine. Lactose-Free Milk was provided on the counter (with a large clear label) without need to ask staff. There is a Park Deck next to the Hotel, but even while it would be accessible through the Elevator, the actual Door to it doesn't open. As the Park Deck can only be paid in cash, it would be nice if the Hotel could at least facilitate a way to either pay for it in advance (with the booking) or provide access cards. The bar seems to be open on request and has a fair selection of Port. While the Staff didn't really know much about the Brands, Vintages, on first request, they had further information on the next day. Shows dedication to their job and great work ethics. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Nice location with short walk to the nearby big beach and restaurants. It is a spa hotel with swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa services. Excellent staff and friendly services. Helpful to tailor to guest needs. Clean and nice rooms with slippers, kettle and balcony, etc Be aware of sun tanning outside of possible mosquito bites. Use bug spray for those who may need it. Nice pool area with sun chairs and bar services. Yes, swimming in the pool will need to wear swimming cap. We did not ring one, but brought two from the spa for $2.5 euro each and charged to the room. No issues for us. Enjoyed pool time especially to wind down from our vacation here in Portugal. Breakfast buffet was nice with good choices of selections of food. Really enjoyed their small mini tarts. We ate a few of them especially the freshly warmed ones. Restaurant staff was polite and friendly. Even at the end of the breakfast time, they still refill and bring out new food. I am impressed and happy with this. We enjoyed two nights stay here. Will definitely return in our next visit in the area. Highly recommended!

Very good and clean hotel. During coronavirus they've been putting extra effort to make everything really clean and disinfected. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Of course because of coronavirus the swimming pool and a gym were closed. But we paid the same price as it was open. The only thing that was a downside was this noise from the outside. Some of the noise was coming from the nearby ship port. But most of the noise was coming from the same building (some ventilators) that were making noise night and day. During the day was barrable. But during the night we weren't able to sleep with the open window (even by using earplugs). We had to use in room ventilation system that didn't bring any fresh air from the outside, so sleeping with the closed windows was also not possible. The only option was turning on cooling (A/C) which was blowing on our heads while sleeping. So in all 5 nights of being there we had only 2 nights of good sleep. Good that for breakfast we had a good strong coffee.

Beautiful well equipped spacious room! I stayed here for 5 days and I couldn't be happier. Staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. My only con is they go really really heavy on a perfume room spray in the hotel lobby that was just WAY TOO MUCH. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and I had to cover my nose going thru the lobby. But otherwise, the stay was excellent. There's a fitness center, a spa with different services, a nice dining area for breakfast - and the breakfast was excellent! Great choice of hot and cold drinks, fruit, wide variety of breads, cereals, hot food and pastries. I didn't actually use my breakfast option until the final day and I wish I had because it was actually VERY GOOD. The dining area was spacious and the staff attentive. ||In my room - my bed was HUGE, king sized, very comfortable. The balcony was lovely with seating. There was plenty of closet and desk space. A large screen flat with a lot of cable television channels from all over the world. The bathroom was spacious, clean, equipped and the shower was a huge walk in with hot water and great water pressure. I enjoyed my staff - I was even granted a late check out and they stored my luggage as I took one last lap of the city before leaving for the airport - which is NEARBY! I also took the public 500 bus into centre Porto a few days, so fast and convenient - the bus cost 2.50 EURO. Recommend...
