If you would ask me describe it in one word I would call it “ghetto”. We bought bop tickets by the by entrance, there two guys by the door who are looking through your bags to catch you either a food. We stupidly said yes and they sent us to the little cubby to leave the food there. VIP lounge has comfortable lounges and umbrellas, the waiter is bringing you the food to your lounge. The hypocrisy of this policy of not allowing the food is to protect the pool. I saw how by the kids pool a woman who purchased chips from the bar and they flew to the kids pool and all over the floor. The wooden steps gets really hot so does the surface that made out of little pebbles. Walking is unbearable on it. The photographers harassed you all the time to take a picture. Then, the big group of man came from South Asia and they were swimming with their clothes on and refuse to remove it. I regret that I didn’t take a picture of the menu prices from the bar. Worst service and maintenance I've experienced. Super busy day with 40 degrees and there's just one person in the cassa. Lack of staff, you may think. Not really. One person is at the door managing when we should move forward to the cassa, another one is managing the entrance with electronic doors (??), a 3rd one is making sure we go through to the pool site in "the right way". Several people are at the pool site, either taking pictures to the customers, or trying to sell them once printed. In the meantime, the WC's are not clean, toilet paper is not replaced. The maintenance state of showers, pool laders are deplorable to the point of being dangerous (eg. Anti slip layer in the lader completely gone). The pool itself is nice and big, but the ratio quality-price is...

DO COME IF YOU WANT TO WASTE 15 euro for nothing. 15€ entry fee, only one pool(with another smaller children pool), and don’t give you anything, no towels etc. And too many people… Pool water is as salty than the sea, only with more chemical pool powder in it, which made my eyes red and couldn’t stop the tears in eyes. The staff is not friendly at all, ordering you to put the shoes on and off out of no reason, the floor on the poolside is super hard made from little rocks, you can’t walk on it barefoot, just CAN’T. We came in and then came out 15 mins later, after my eyes got red and couldn’t stop the tears, in which case the staff still ordering me to do their nonsense rules(do your shoes off before you going through the door and then you have to put it on after going...
