Cup of Joe — Restaurant in Oeiras

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Avoid going there!! Went there with my husband and a 2.5 yr old. Waited 10 min to get the menu! The server couldn't get us a high chair!!! Then waited almost 20 min to just get the soup to feed our kid! Soup came barely warm. Before ordering i asked what kind it was, was told vegetable soup. Ok, why did it have BACON in it?? As the soup was done, arrived the beer my hubby ordered at the beginning. My son's food came ok but ours never did!!! They never put the order in, told us it would take 8 more min! The food is terrible. The quality, cooking, seasoning and taste was very bad. Starting with the poor and slow service. We were served by four different waiters. They missed a lot of our orders, very messy and unorganized service team. The main dishes arrived at different times and 4 out of 4 dishes were COLD. Had to send it back to reheat. I asked for a toast and an orange juice, the toast was very nice but my orange juice had a BUG in it (i realized half way through) i asked them to change it and i saw how they just took out the bug and gave me the same juice. This is an expensive place compared to other bars in oeiras. Just serve a new juice, even if you just give me half the glass, make it a fresh one. It is the least a food place can do for their...
