I had very sad experience there Look at the many bad ratings, they indicate regular issues with quality of service

I want to contact the administration or the quality control services; in this restaurant I filled out a complaint book with a photo statement attached to my review.

We came to this establishment on February 18, 2024 at 14:20, there were four adults and four children. We placed an order of fairly simple dishes, soup (which Amanda said was in stock), burgers and fries, and several more complex dishes of salmon with baked vegetables and dessert (which they never brought us, although they added to the bill). The first dish was brought to us after 1 hour and 20 minutes, only after I had a conversation with the administrator and said that I wanted to add my review to the book. One of my favorite spots in Oeiras/ Cascais Marginal and surroundings! It is a very eclectic place as is can be perfect for a couple date, for a family gathering, for a group social event or even for corporate events! Terrible experience! I was completely ignored for an hour when trying to order food. Eventually, I gave up and left without even having lunch, but the worst part was being charged €35 just for a sangria and a bottle of water! Absolutely outrageous!
