I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oryx Village restaurant, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant is located in a stunning setting with beautiful architecture and landscaping, providing an ambiance that was sophisticated and refined.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who provided excellent service throughout my meal. The menu was extensive, with a variety of dishes to choose from, ranging from traditional Qatari cuisine to international favorites.

While the prices were certainly high, the quality of the food was unparalleled. The ingredients were fresh, and the dishes were expertly prepared with great attention to detail. The presentation of each dish was truly a work of art, which only added to the overall experience.

From the moment I reached out to book the event until the last guest left, the staff at "Oryxzaatar" went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Deleting my previous review as I no longer have anything good to say about this place. This used to be one of my favorites in Salwa Road & innumerable times I’ve overlooked the downers like slow service, mediocre taste or small portion size,because it happens. Shame on you & your staffs for discriminatory behavior! That too at a moment when the restaurant was noticeably less crowded. We requested for the corner seat & we were told due to we’re being less in number that table couldn’t be given. Moments later a family of 4 moved to the same seat from their previous table & they didn’t have adequate number of people to fill the seats either. Their children weren’t any younger than mine. Why were they allowed & not us ? Because they speak same language as you do ? We can not choose a seat while other families can. Shame on you ! I immediately stormed out of there wasting not even a minute & made it to Alishan restaurant & let me tell you, Oryx Zatar doesn’t have the iota of gracefulness that Alishan does.
