Upon stepping into Planet Hollywood Doha, I was greeted by an ambiance that was adequate but lacked the wow factor I had hoped for. The atmosphere felt somewhat generic, with typical Hollywood memorabilia adorning the walls, but it didn't quite capture the glamour and excitement one might expect from a restaurant bearing the Planet Hollywood name.

Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end with the atmosphere. As I eagerly perused the menu, I couldn't help but feel a pang of excitement for the culinary journey ahead. However, this excitement quickly turned into dismay as I sampled the dishes. The food, to put it frankly, was not up to par. The flavors were lackluster, and the quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. It was evident that more attention to detail and creativity in the kitchen would have greatly improved the dining experience.

Despite the culinary letdown, there was one shining beacon of positivity throughout my visit: the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The waitstaff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable and undoubtedly the highlight of my time at Planet Hollywood Doha.

In conclusion, while my experience at Planet Hollywood Doha was not without its disappointments, particularly in the realm of food quality, the outstanding service provided by the staff salvaged the visit to some extent. We had a great experience as we went with a clear expectation of what the place offers - American cuisine, Hollywood fun theme, pop music scores, cool and friendly environment, loud and fun talks.

The popular dishes are the nachos, burgers and steaks. But they also have healthier options. You can swap your buns with lettuce wraps, sandwiches in brown or cereal breads, order sautéed veggies as your sides with steak, and fresh juices instead of the fizzy soda.

Staff is very well trained and positive, assisting customers with seating and knew the food ingredients well. It is not too crowded. We went on a Saturday eve at around 8pm and the place had around 6-7 families only. The place is big and in my opinion was only 20% occupied.

Like any planet hollywood franchise it features costumes, props, and memorabilia from hollywood movies. Titanic, John wick, Hamlet, Scorpion King and many more.

The place inspires you to cheer up and talk about popular themes - from past age to present. And that’s what makes it different from other themed restaurants. It helps in great fun conversations.

The price is a bit high given that they are a popular global franchise, food portions are big and food tasted good and fresh. We had penne with broccoli and white sauce, Cajun bbq chicken in cereal bread, and fresh unsweetened apple juice. Easily spent a couple of hours on a whole. Will...

We have tried their "Hollywood Hour" worth 59qar per person. This promotion is valid from Sunday to Thursday only for the whole moth of March.

They promotion includes an ear all you can - famous Chicken Crunch, Buffalo Wings, loaded fries, a cup of rice and your selection of drinks (refillable Pepsi products or a bottled water).
