جست تاكو | Just Taco — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

We tried just taco today as take away. The joint is somehow a small joint yet has room for 15-20 people. Their staff are very nice and courteous. The food however on the other hand was average in taste and heavy. We tried the chicken and beef burritos and cheese fries and as my young daughter described it "it's not right to have the fries as the best thing from a taco place". The fries were good. The chicken was better in terms of heaviness and taste in comparison to the beef burrito. the meat burrito was overloaded with cheese and the rice was bland. The food could be taken to a much better place by few changes to ensure balance. For the chicken, I would recommend adding just plain shredded lettuce and sweet corn as the sauce and burrito was not bad at all. As for the beef, I would recommend reducing the cheese and putting in it's place some more tomato, plain shredded lettuce, sweet corn and maybe some salsa or lime juice to add some tanginess and reduce the heavy taste. I hope the place takes into consideration those recommendations as there is potential yet needs few...

I came here because on Instagram shows that their chefs are Mexican so I thought it was going to be close to authentic. The quesabirria meat tates very good, my issue was the sauce I asked for the spiciest sauce and guacamole I'm Mexican it shall be spicy instead they gave me deep sauce that was simply PINK MAYO NOT SPICEY AT ALL at all it tasted like pure mayo. Same with THE GUACAMOLE WAS A MIX OF MINCED TOMATOES AND ONION IN MAYO WITH GREEN FOOD COLORING. I couldn't taste the avocado at all. Also burritos are known for being huge the torilla shall be ateast 30cm in diameter the burritos are very small.To be honest the lack of spicy sauce and wacamole was a disappointment for me and I don't see coming back or recomendong this place for this reason...

Their tacos are actually good, the crispy tortilla chips are the best thing they sell. I have tried all type of tacos they have and they are all good. However, they used to sell tortilla chips alone without sauces, but for some reason they stopped. I would urge them to put it back in the menu as it was my favorite offering.

I have been coming to this place since soft opening, and i will keep coming back.

Service is great. The atmosphere is okay. The prices are considered a bit on the high side considering the offered quality and...
