The worst delivery service ever. I wish I can select NO star. They do not even deserve 1 star. My package arrived on the 10th November. I have updated the address as requested (which I have no idea why?! The address is written on the package from sender). I believe this is part of their delay strategy. Later I paid for delivery fee, which I have no idea why receiver need to pay delivery fee while sender has paid 🤔🤔. They contacted me via mobile phone, promised for delivery, I waited until midnight still no delivery. Later, I tracked my shipment written "Attempted delivery, customer couldn't be reached". This is a Total lies.... No one contacted me since 11th November... Yet my shipment update keep telling, I couldn't be contacted???????? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. Another strategy for delay I assumed. It's okay to tell customers you are not going to deliver. But it's Not Acceptable when lies.... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. I filled 2 complaints online, until now still no representative contact me.... I shipped a simple fabric sample from the UK to Saudi Arabia, and it’s been over 20 days, yet the package is still not delivered. Their tracking system is unreliable—one moment it shows "out for delivery," then "in transit," and sometimes "reached destination" with no clear update.
The customer service is beyond frustrating—they do not answer calls, provide no helpful information, and refuse to share any responsible person’s contact for escalation. We are dealing with a time-sensitive and serious case, and their lack of accountability and support is totally unacceptable.
Honestly, I do not recommend Aramex to anyone. Their service causes only stress and inconvenience, with no resolution or responsibility taken by their team. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—choose a more professional and responsive...

Upon arriving, you should get a queue number from the machine. Encoding the shipment number and your mobile number will result in an error, so just continue and choose something like “Further inquiry” and it will give you a number.
The man in the middle counter wearing a thobe and has thinning hair will look angrily at you and speak with a disrespectful tone. He looks like he does not want to continue his job and is tired from life overall. Maybe you cannot avoid him but just be ready to deal with his attitude.
