This was a strange beauty salon. The receptionist is nice and accommodating. The manicurists are good, the colour lasted nicely, yet they don't have any sense of customer service or how to treat a customer, and its a beauty salon! When I first came in there was a sign at the gate noting that kids under 8 aren't allowed. 30 minutes before closing time staff are all around the salon, speaking to one another loudly although there were clients still, finally one of them walks in her daughter and seats her for a manicure nail, all talking to each other loudly. I just observed. Its important to mention that the space isn't bad, and the manicurists did a good job but to take the place to the next level they sure need constant supervision, the staff wasn't supervised and I felt it was as if they were at home. Moreover, serious customer service training. Cleanliness level isn't bad. The staff were wearing masks.. etc. and covered the foot basin with disposables. For the service and pricing, the regular service doesn't include scrubbing, moisturising and simple massage as other salons do, this is for extra charge, the quality of the scrub and moisturizer are awful and not recommended at all. I have been about three or four times to get my eyebrows done and I have been very patient but the girls who work there are super rude to customers. Divine is rude, she’s not welcoming she doesn’t speak a word to the customers and she makes you feel like you just want to leave. The other day the receptionist made coffee to two customers and never asked me if I wanted a coffee, I don’t care about the coffee but it’s the rudeness. She’s also always telling customers there’s a looong wait so people walk out. I will definitely look for a different salon and never come back. I feel sorry for the manager who put trust in...

This salon has been my absolute favorite since 2019! ✨ I’ve tried so many places in Riyadh, but this one is my secret gem 💎. It’s always calm and relaxing, and the staff are super well-trained and incredibly sweet 💕.
