I phoned and tried to make an appt with Humeira for waxing. I was told on the phone it was first come, first serve (no appts can be made.) Then, the receptionist asked me to call closer to the time I wanted to have my appt to check if Humeira is available. I did as she suggested and was told to come to the salon. When I arrived, I was told that basically another customer took my slot and was asked to wait another 30 mins. After waiting for 30 mins outside, I went back in and found Humeira was now getting her own hair done. She didn't seem to know I had asked for an appt with her and seemed unphased and continued sitting while another lady was applying product to her hair. I let them know this was not professional, I wasted my time waiting after having booked an appt, and that they lost me as a customer. This was disappointing as my previous experience at this salon and with Humeira was much more professional. There was no concern for my time and not Humeira nor the receptionist apologized or tried to make up for the mess up and how I was treated. My first visit to the beauty salon was for hair color and eyebrow threading. I really loved the end result of my hair color, it came out exactly how I wanted it and the stylist was very skilled. The eyebrow threading was also done perfectly, giving me a clean and defined shape. For my second visit, I decided to get a haircut, nail service, and another eyebrow threading session. I was very impressed with the haircut, the stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a great new look. The nail service was also fantastic, my nails looked beautiful and the technician was very meticulous in their work. The salon was clean and stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I also highly appreciate that they used high-quality products on my hair. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch beauty salon experience but wont break your pockets. I am new to Riyadh and literally used Google Maps for salon near me. Josie’s salon was the only salon that seemed to have reasonable prices and online booking! The reviews were good too! Let me tell you how wonderful these ladies are!!! Baby gave me the best manicure of my life and fabulous lashes & brows ! See pictures!! Maryam a pedicure that makes you feet happy !! The supervisor of the shop Rosie is phenomenal!! She gave the best full body wax I have ever gotten and a wonderful hair treatment and head and body massage!
