Today I got one of the worst haircuts of my life. I show up without appointment and ask at the front desk if it was possible to get my hair cut and after they ask for a description of what I wanted plus asked for reference pictures I was charged 99sar and sat down for what was about to be a complete disaster. The hairdresser didn’t speak a word of English so the receptionist explained to her what I wanted. Just simple face framing layers and a small trim at the back. Simple right? Yeah, not so much for this lady. She pulled out a long (and what looked to be stained from hair coloring) plastic bag and tied it around my neck before getting to work. I noticed the fist girl explained very well the desired look but just to be sure I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She started cutting and cutting and then cutting some more until it looked like a short bob on the front and long on the back type of situation and proceeded to blowdry it in an attempt to finish the appointment. At that point I requested to talk with the First Lady who spoke English and show her what was done to me hair. It doesn’t look good, it’s not what I wanted and she didn’t even trim the back after I told her twice she needed to trim also. She went back to explaining to the hairdresser what I wanted but it was impossible. Even tho I don’t understand Arabic I can tell she got into a negative attitude trying to convince the two of us that the haircut was right. Then went right back to cutting and cutting until the receptionist told her to stop. I look in the mirror and now I look even worse than before. I had to tell them I did not want to continue and that I don’t understand what is going on or why am I being charged for this. Do you thing they apologized offered a refund or even a discount? NO! Only one of the Filipino ladies working there opened the door for me and offered to give me some water. That’s the only kind gesture I saw in that place. If you want a proper professional service you better stay far away from this place. EDIT: the response I got under this review is completely false! Nobody offered to fix anything I HAD TO REQUEST. First things first...Ate Ann, a filipina girl who make my day better and she give me more comfortable and great service when it comes to massage. Also the receptionist I don't know her name but she is polite and kind. Ate Ann is highly recommended and I really appreciate her kindness towards her client. The best massage therapist ever and my dirst time ever to do this thing in my entire life. Thank you so much...great...

Had a first rate experience. The lady doing the moroccan bath could only speak Arabic, so I was a bit confused and nervous since it was my first time. But she used hand motions and was very kind despite my inability to communicate with her. The manicure and pedicure was a great experience.
