Read moreThey have a wide variety of products and most of their workers are very hard working and helpful, but some of their staff tend to be a bit arrogant probably due to having a lot of business. They have an inconsistent policy regarding responsibilities when it comes to answering customers' queries at the bag counter or managing customers' personal bags.
When you will ask them questions, most of the time they will be busy with their phones or tell you that they don't know. When you will ask to check in your bag, they will say that it's not necessary, just bring it in - there's no need to check it in. When you actually check your bag at the counter, they will somehow disappear for over 10 minutes when you want to collect your bag.
Today was the last straw when I went to the store at around 0930 just to buy something quick and the lady at the bag counter apparently was shouting from the counter and chasing me halfway across the store to insist that I check my bag in. I told her that I had just came a few days ago and was told to bring it in and she told me it was not allowed. So I told her that I will go and she said done, go. Go! And yet you can see other women bring in hand bags bigger than my back pack.
And for your information, it is way easier to steal with a hand-carried bag or a jacket than a backpack. So please get your priorities right.
Treating one of your regular customers like a possible thief over an inconsistent bag policy is a sign of arrogancy just because you think that you have way too many customers. And basically telling your customer to get lost is a surefire way to reduce your customer base to a more...
Read moreA very bad experience, this happen today only July 26 2025 @4pm. I went to Aljazeera to have my key duplicate. A man, old age wearing a thobe (for sure non-saudi) with a very bad temper and attitude. I handed my key to him and said I need 3 copies, I will comeback to collect after the grocery. When I returned, he throw the key and as I'm holding my card to pay he said cash only, cursing and disrespecting saying in Arabic Filipino HARAMI, Galp or Dog and many bad words. I went to other store to get cash and when I came back and handed him the money he continiously insulting me. He took my money and won't give back my original key and also the 3 copies which I already payed. A guy saw us from customer service came and to my surprise do nothing like they know this man and he said he will give don't worry he will give just say sorry, What? I should be the one to say sorry? he took my money in addition to that he has my original key, and then the guy from customer care left. I ask him give me back my key and money but still he is stubborn and continue cursing. No one from customer care or Aljazeera staff intervene after that and I told him if you will not give me back my money I will take this item from your store, at the end he returned my key. This man must be ripremanded or descpline, hes an old man but thats not an excuse to treat customer especially who payed honestly. And suprisingly, every casher knows the attitude...
