Dear Seoul Garden Management,
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your staff, Crystal, at your IMM Level 2 outlet.
Earlier today, my young child suddenly vomited just outside the entrance of the restaurant. It was an overwhelming moment for us as parents, but Crystal handled the situation with remarkable grace and empathy. Without hesitation, she brought us warm water, checked in on our child’s well-being, and comforted us sincerely. At no point did she make us feel embarrassed, judged, or burdensome — instead, her warmth and calm demeanour helped put us at ease almost immediately.
Despite the situation, we decided to dine at Seoul Garden afterwards, not out of obligation, but because Crystal’s kindness and professionalism created such a positive impression. Even then, she made it clear that there was no pressure to do so, which made her service feel even more genuine. She went above and beyond by recommending food that was suited to our preferences — her attentiveness and thoughtfulness were truly top-notch.
Crystal’s service was not only efficient, but also deeply human. In a world where good service can sometimes feel transactional, her actions stood out as sincere, caring, and instinctively compassionate. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and cares about the people she serves.
Please extend our gratitude and compliments to Crystal. She is a true asset to your team and a shining example of...

If you’re craving authentic Korean flavors, Seoul Garden Hotpot is the place to be. From the moment you step in, the inviting aroma of sizzling meats and fermented spices sets the tone for a fantastic meal.
Served with their amazing manager Crystal, I started with the Kimchi Pancakes, which were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. The dipping sauce added an extra punch that made them impossible to put down.
For the main course, the Bulgogi Bibimbap stole the show. The marinated beef was perfectly tender and packed with sweet and savory flavors. Mixed with fresh vegetables, a perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg, and a generous drizzle of gochujang, every bite was a perfect harmony of textures and flavors. The crispy rice at the bottom of the hot stone bowl was an added bonus!
The service was friendly and fast, and the ambiance had a cozy yet modern Korean feel. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Korean cuisine or trying it for the first time, Seoul Garden Hotpot offers an unforgettable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Would you like me to tweak it for a specific vibe—like a street food-style place or a high-end...
Read moreNoticed that the mixed brown rice had alot more white rice than brown rice nowadays as compared to when I first started patronising them. Was disappointed as I choose Seoul garden over other Korean restaurants because of the (mixed) brown rice option.
Today left me utterly disappointed as hair was found in the hotpot soup, and when I informed the staff, she did not apologise or say anything but just took away the soup and replaced a new one. As I ordered seafood kimchi dubu, the main ingredients were 2 prawns and some clams. But both prawns served in the soup were not fresh at all, worse than frozen prawns. I was not very particular about prawns but the ones served to me was super mushy and it sticks to the shell like crazy. When I feedback to the manager, there was no apologies or explanations but just a mere "very mushy? OK ltr I check with the kitchen." I then had to wait for another 15minutes for my food to arrive and I had to rush to finish my food as I was dining there during my lunch hour.
I will think twice about dining with Seoul garden or even if I do, I might never order the hotpot again. However, would like to say that the hotplate chicken was pretty yummy and...
