RocoMamas Boksburg — Restaurant in Gauteng

Food was good,service was good. Thier waiters needs training especially concerning thier billing. We had vouchers and I personally asked fhe waiter before ordering on how doesn't work to redeem yr voucher,she explained and I did exactly as she recommended, we all dis because I was with my family members to celebrate my daughter's milestone. Yhoooo when paying now theh come with the story that thier system doesn't take more than 5 vouchers, we were family of 7 and each family was paying for thier own meals nd redeeming thier own vouchers. I personally even asked that they give us all our bills separately but the waiter said no she will combine the bill it won't be a problem redeeming all vouchers. We ended up paying more than our bills but still our vouchers couldn't be processed. Now we were arguing back and fourth all people in de resturent looking at us as if we don't want to pay the bill,because we were asking them why didn't they explained that before now they a giving us a different story. Eish they just ruined my whole experience there...

I had a horrible time this morning at RocoMamas Boksburg (20th April). The freak shakes we ordered were disappointing with more chocolate used as decorations than actually on the milkshake. Then we happened to forget the one bank card so had to use the phone to tap with another account, we only had R5 tip although the waitress didn't even bother to smile and wasn't friendly at all (Came to us once the whole time). She didn't even bother to add the R5 to the card machine! Sorry we never had the usual 10-15% tip we give for a few minutes of service and 1 visit from waitress. You guys have changed. We used to come with the whole family at least once a month either to Boksburg, Melrose Arch or to Oakfields one but...

We went there for a sit down and bought the 139 special I topped it up with 4 extra wings my husband had a combo of wings and ribs...I had the southern BBQ wings which were very very dry they had in sauce in my almost like they had a little sauce left and decided to just coat them which they were not. My burger was find but my husband's mofo wings the a disaster the sauce was very runny was not appealing at all. He Normally has mofo wings and they looked nothing like the ones from RocoMamas carnival with the salad topping of carrots and durky sauce. Was very unhappy about the food and out waitress didn't notify us that the combo of wings and ribs no longer come with chips so we were...
