LEROY MERLIN Little Falls — Local services in Roodepoort

I bought door and an awning from Le Roy Merlin last week.I specifically requested the lady who was assisting me to change the address on the system as the door was to be delivered at a different address from that of my place of residence.The lady assured me that the address was changed on the system.However a few days later the delivery guy came to my place of residence notwithstanding my request and the assurance from the lady who assisted me.Needless to say, they went back with the door and I did not hear from them for two days.I then elected to call them daily with the view to establish as to when the door will be delivered.I was assured by the personnel who answered the call they would trace the door and revert however they never called me back.I then elected to call them on Friday with the view to establish as to why they were not delivering the door.I spoke to a lady who did not give me time of day.She was rude, indifferent and would not answer any of my questions.She even refused to identify herself and unequivocally advised that she will not identify herself.I learnt later from her colleague that her name is FLORA.Flora belittled me and made me feel invisible.She was cold and rude.She could care less about my frustration. This issue was subsequently escalated to Phakamisa who assisted me by rectifying the problem.While I am grateful for his intervention, I would like LeRoy Merlin to ask itself as to whether they would like people like Flora to represent...

Leroy Merlin in Little Falls have once again bought my project to a stand still, costing me unnecessary R1000's extra to fix a problem caused solely due to bad cusromer advice and incompetence concerning product knowledge! Sure Leroy Merlin does have a massive range of everything you'll need for a home improvement or DIY project, just make sure to do your own research on which product will be the most suitable to your application before you get to the store!! A staff member assured me that I could only use a certain adhesive to install a new focal wall using wood finish panels, also bought from them for R4200! This quick gripping adhesive was the most expensive on the shelf, costing me around R1500, now after only 2 weeks since installation, most of the panels are falling off the wall and need to be re-installed with the correct adhesive that will stick to these panels without becoming brittle! This is now costing me extra time and money to rectify, which could have been avoided with adequate staff training! I am not...

Nokuthula Miya is a star Me and my mother went to Leroy Merlin looking for screws for our dining room chairs after going to 5 places we finally got help at Leroy Merlin, it was our time at this store and got help by Nokuthula Miya,she is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Her presence will make you feel welcome and she will go above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, in South Africa you hardly find store assistance like her, she should be a supervisor because she loves her job, she is knowledgeable, well mannered, friendly. While she was helping us she could multi task, she will answer questions from other customers in a friendly manner and not neglect us, I watched her while she answer other customer and her co-workers and still assist us and I was amazed to see a black woman in customer service being so humble and and kind.
