Del Forno Little Falls — Restaurant in Roodepoort

We used to love coming to this branch but since ownership has changed their service has gone downhill and so has the service. On Friday I had called to place an order and was told it would take 20 mins, we got the about 25-30 mins after I called (this was for 1 meal) and they told me it was almost ready. We waited a total of 40 mins at that point I had called the manager who didn't seem very concerned when I brought it to his attention. He was trying to tell me they had run out of pasta. On a Friday you ran out of pasta? He said he'd talk to his staff but there was no one else in the restaurant so I still don't understand how it could take so long. I had ordered this same pasta a few days before and it was amazing which is why I went back for it again. But it was terrible. It was a meatball dish but it tasted like fish. I would not recommend this...

So 10h23 we arrive today for my friend's born day. Our table and the Floor was Dirty, so i walked to the lady in front to make her aware as i could not believe it since they opened at 09h00, She rudely asked me to show her which i did, i remember her mumbling something as she looks at the floors and she walked away, No Apology, No acknowledgement. Sat for about an hour and a half, paid bill then Left. I will definitely not come come.

The food was awesome but i wont eat at a dirty place because it makes me wonder how the kitchen is. Very arrogant front lady i was disgusted by the treatment. Considering when we left around 10h46 eish no new customers came...

I went there for the date night on Wednesdays. And Oh my Word was i impressed. We got there and immediately we were assisted and asked if we need a table for two, We sat down and in the next 5 Min our menu's and Wine was already on it's way. The lady who assisted us was amazing. She was friendly and smiled and had good manors. Our main course was just fantastic and delicious, The way the food was presented was in a professional manner and plating was well done. I have never been so impressed with service anywhere else.
