im not happy with milky lane in Waterfall mall. Few weeks ago I wanted to order a caramel ripple dip and they told me the caramel is not on good condition I came again days after and they told me the same story? The worst service ever. Went there at 6pm on Saturday (3 May 2025). We wanted waffles and the lady who’s meant to prepare them screamed at the top of lungs, saying the mixture was finished - so bizarre for a franchise known for its desserts, the most popular of which is waffles. We then thought we’d settle for an Oreo Sundae for my son and were told the cream is finished. After they got another customer’s order wrong, they thought they could offer us that instead. We cancelled and got help elsewhere. Really...

On the 21st of May I went into this outlet with my daughter and sat down to be serviced. We waited for over 5min while the waitresses ignored us until I decided to leave.

Several minutes later I ended up buying a doughnut instead of ice cream for my daughter from the neighboring stall.
