Very hurt embarrassed and broken due to the security of this mall and edgars specifically. I am a epelepsy sufferer after the mall managment did everything to ensure that my service dog due to still being in training to accompany me because she is able to forsee and warn me to get me down before falling and causing yet more head injuries. And even removing me from a light dmaged and flickering due to poor maiantance in edgars a fidelity security rity and emoloyee came to where my dog on duty and full gear telling me no dogs allowed even after mall managment made arrangments for my animal to enter causing a scene making me and her more anxious refusing to listen having to call managment again so she could tell them again this was arrangend. Making me feel that now i am supposed to be locked away. And am damged goods never allowed to just try and make my life normal as possible. If she was a danger i would understand if she barked i would understand all she did was keeo me from busy sections and triggers as she knows best. I am so embarrassed i dont think i would ever be able to go into a mall again. Because of something i did not do wrong i am getting ounished and embaressed and humiliated. Waterfall magament did everything they could but edgars and fidelity being uneducated in this illnesses has caused so much damage. To me as a human who jist wanted a bikini and tried to not have a seizure and scre othet people and children. I cant stop crying for what they have...

Review of Pringle Scotland at Waterfall Mall

I recently visited the Pringle Scotland clothing shop at Waterfall Mall, and my experience was very disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

When I first entered the store, I asked one of the staff members if they had my size in a pair of trousers I saw on display. Instead of simply answering, he replied in a condescending manner, asking, “Can you buy this?” This was unnecessary because I had already seen the price tag and was comfortable with the quality and price of the trousers.

After finding my size, I went to the fitting room. When I came out, I noticed one of the staff members standing right in front of my fitting room. It felt like he was either listening to or spying on me, as I caught him peeking into the room from behind the door.

Lastly, when I went to pay, the situation got even worse. Initially, there were two staff members—a man and a woman—but while I was making the payment, another woman joined them. All three were laughing and talking, and it felt like they were making fun of me. This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
