Tell me why I was charged R268 for 3 small Berry Dairy smoothies when it's R67 for 1? Does it get more expensive when you buy more? So I Was charged R89 for 1 when it's supposed so be R67 as per the online menu?

Then you have to wait a couples of minutes for a cashier to acknowledge you whilst there are 2 gallivanting around. I understand that you might be busy, but at least greet the customer and tell them you will be with them shortly.

This was my Mother and father's first time at the gym and I wanted to stick them to some smoothies (as they are amazing) and they witnessed this...

Stopped by KAUAI Virgin Active Rustenburg twice while passing through town—both times were a disappointment.

First visit: Ordered an All The Greens smoothie on a Sunday late morning. It took so long to arrive that by the time I got it, it was practically melting. Not exactly the refreshing drink I was hoping for.

Second visit: Grabbed a Strawberry Stinger before leaving town. Took a sip, and here and there were bits of chunky banana bits. A smoothie should be smooth, not a fruit salad in a cup.

Not impressed. If I wanted to chew my drink, I would’ve ordered...

Rude service received - multiple times. Maybe because they are short staffed. 🤔 We order there alot after gym but are ALWAYS disappointed. Paid with 2 x R100 vouchers - bill was R174, don't bother asking for your change. One order we received uncooked brown rice in our wrap. Breakfast bowl - one day you get a reasonable amount and then on another day your Breakfast bowl can fit into a tea cup. 😳 Love Kauai but the one at Virgin Active Rustenburg needs attention and...
