Okay first off all service is terrible!! Staff does not know how to smile or make a customer feel welcome. The one time I nearly waited 20 min in front of the counter waiting for someone to notice me and help me then left after I realized this is getting no where. Just now I thought I’d give it another try maybe my previous 3 attempts was a bad day for them. Food are really not good, I ordered sliced russian and chips and a monster cheese hotdog. Got 4 paper thin dried slices of russian with a portion of what seems to be last weeks chips. Hotdog roll was definitely not fresh and the cheese griller was not even hot seems it was served straight from fridge!!!!!! I will never in my life buy anything there again and will not recommend sausage saloon in waterfall mall to anyone, its disgraceful and a waste of your hard...
