Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since I’ve been in Stellenbosch, however, I did not have a good experience today. When I placed an order for a topped waffle, the person who took my order then left the till and went to the waffle maker and removed a waffle with his bare hands right after touching the till and serving others. I had initially thought that was probably burnt and was being thrown away. While I waited for my waffle to be made, I watched over the kitchen as I was abit sceptical now as I did not want the same to happen to my waffle. And yet again, he removed the waffle with his bare hands directly after touching the till as well as his nose while serving others! (His mask was not covering his nose as well) This is utterly disgusting and there is no excuse for it as I fail to see why tongs/utensils were not used to remove the waffle like the previous time I had ordered from this establishment. their food is good but their snacks and such are over-priced,,, but that's not the main problem,,, their staff has MASSIVE attitude problems,,, they are rude, disrespectful and so unnecessary,,,,

honestly, they chose to be there and they're getting paid for it,,, I dont understand what the problem is. Their staff needs to either be trained to be decent humans or leave,,, literally no one is forcing them to be there

The food is really great, but I was really upset about the fact that they changed the meat supplier for their beef burgers and didn’t let the customers know. It tastes completely different. It tastes rubbery as if it comes from the box. I was really upset that I paid for a burger I had to give away because it didn’t taste like the original burger I used to order for the past 4 years. And I always ask for medium rare but NEVER get it. Rather say that you can’t do it, instead of saying yes and then me getting a beyond well...
