Unfortunately we were not impressed by the “customer service”. We bought a toy for our son here, a little puppy that lays in his bed sleeping and makes a puppy noise, which was already nearly 9 euro for this smallest thing but it was to make him happy. We left the shop and I removed the pay sticker that was on the button indicating where to push for sound and it was stuck so hard it ripped off the fur from the button. I was annoyed at the cheap quality but then thought to just get in with it as I pulled it off in end. We returned 2 days later as the batteries had nearly died. We asked if the batteries could be replaced or anything else be done as it was 48 hrs only… No apology, no empathy, just being accused that it must be our son pushing the button day and night and that drained it and perhaps they won’t last long anyway. We explained we’re on a beach holiday, we are out all day so he won’t have much time to play with it regardless but kept getting this accusation towards how he must have played with it. As a mother, it hurts when someone doesn’t have ANY empathy towards a child. It won’t cost much to replace this cheap toy for them but they couldn’t have been less bothered with this. I’m bothered for my son though as anyone with kids would understand their feelings. I guess I should have known seeing their signs clearly stating no children should touch their displayed items. Recomiendo no comprar ningún artículo en este establecimiento. Ayer a las 18:45 compramos una tabla para mi sobrino de 4 años, una tabla de la que tampoco se espera mucho, pero no que dure 1:30 por 22€. Cuando salimos de la playa, aproximadamente hora y media después, la tabla tenía una raja, evidentemente eso no lo vimos porque si no, no la hubiéramos comprado. Se rajó por delante y por detrás y del uso, las olas o el peso de un niño de 4 años no se puede estropear. Lo peor no es que pase eso, si no que vas allí a explicarles lo sucedido y la primera persona que nos atiende nos dice que eso es de las olas, para empezar ayer no había olas, pero claro, la tabla está es precisamente para las olas, si se raja al utilizarla para lo que está hecha, vamos mal. Al ir hoy a entregar la hoja de reclamaciones, la otra persona que nos ha atendido, que no es la misma que ayer, anota en sus alegaciones que no se pueden hacer cargo porque la tabla está usada y mojada. Evidentemente compro la tabla para usarla, y mojada ya no iba, porque realmente en el agua estuvo muy poco tiempo, le digo que rectifique eso y le sienta un poco mal, entonces lo tacha y pone que le hemos dado un mal uso a la tabla, que ellas saben lo que venden. En este caso no saben lo que venden porque había otra tabla con los mismos defectos que la nuestra en la parte delantera y se lo mostramos, pero nos ignoran. En fin, entiendo que algo puede venir defectuoso pero el trato ha sido pésimo. Evidentemente presentaremos nuestra reclamación en el organismo...
