I visited this store and ordered a ring. It took a month to deliver (from Spain to Portugal) and I have the ring which has many scratches and broken stone. Even the stone and the ring do not have bilateral symmetry. I can't believe they sent the product like this under their BRAND name. Also they don't read my e-mail and the phone number that Google map shows doesn't answer at all. They got my payment and sent a messed ring with no customer service. I am very upset and disappointed. I don't recommend this shop for anyone.

All of our pieces are handmade. You should not expect the perfection of a gold and diamond ring in a silver and garnet ring. That ring is the same one you tried in the store. I have been waiting the reply from Joaquin , the owner, but all I have is this reply. Once again, too late to have your reply is the reason why I put this here. I hope you can read this and the pictures I added. It was my B-day trip and a gift from my Hus. I am curious how you can handle this. I wish you can read this and sent me an e-mail as soon as possible.
From the beginning, I have sent many e-mails but only reply came this way. The owner of the shop cares about their reputation online but not for the customer who sent an e-mail. Should I put my bank account for refund here online? Should I call internationally? Should I visit this store? Should I send another e-mail? 85€ , 28 days and more than 10 e-mails left me Exhausted. If you replied by e-mail, I wouldn't post here like this my personal matter.

Since their reply presented they offered two options and still waiting my response, I have sent THE e-mail to their official homepage and I am sure they have checked. But still no answer.
I am sure they have no intention of my object and only care for their google map reviews.
So whoever see this review and will visit or buy the jewelry in this store, I am telling you do not have an expectation on sliver ring. I did and I spent my money and time a lot. And ruined my memories.
The city is beautiful and charming. Enjoy it.
The owner of the shop! If you lie like this online, one day you will regret it! You don't respect your customer. I am sure that.
I have learned a lesson with my 85€. That's all I got. Ignoring and lying is all I received. Shame on you under your brand name.

Finally, I have got their e-mail. This is the power of google map. Thank you google.
They sent me the e-mail which I don't understand. I think They (the person who wrote here and the worker who took my order and my e-mail from the beginning) didn't communicate each other or they were planning to ignore me and my issue but it didn't work well. Because I started write my issue here. On 19th Feb. I decided that I gave up to contact with this shop. So I wrote my final here. And today, suddenly they sent me The e-mail with the strange stuff. First, I didn't receive any e-mail about two weeks notice which I can return the ring and pay back. Second, I didn't ask any refund in the beginning. I asked politely to look at the pictures of my ring. Third, this brand can have this kind of problem normally ( he said himself) Last, they said I am an unsatisfied client for a purchase of 85 € who will not spoil their work. I will keep this messed ring. I will remember how they treat me from the beginning to end.
