COFFEE & KITCHEN RUBY — Restaurant in Inca

If you’re ever in Inca and looking for a special place to enjoy a meal with friends, Ruby’s Café is the place to be! I recently visited with three friends, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The coffee was absolutely perfect – rich, aromatic, and expertly made.

For lunch, we were treated to a variety of tasty dishes, each one freshly prepared and full of flavour. We were spoilt for choice! The highlight, however, had to be the cakes. Each one beautifully presented, perfectly baked, and totally delicious.

The staff at Ruby’s Café were incredibly friendly. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and they took the time to ensure everything was just right.

The café itself was spotless, with a clean, inviting atmosphere that made for a relaxing and comfortable dining experience. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or settling in for a leisurely lunch, Ruby’s Café delivers in every way....

Don't let the somewhat empty lower room fool you: you will find a nice choice of foods and drinks and there are more tables upstairs. There is a lot to like here: attentive service, food quality, a different and fresh style and the probably cleanest and best maintained bathroom on the island. Von Außen sieht es sehr einladend aus und daher auch die kurzfristige Entscheidung dort zu brunchen/frühstücken. Leider merkt man, dass die Einrichtung im Innenbereich nicht fortgesetzt wurde. Nach Außen hin wirklich schön mit den Kunstblumen, aber leider fehlt diese Gestaltung auch in der oberen Etage. Es wirkt sehr kalt und sehr Sperlich. Die Bedienung war nett und hat uns nicht lange warten lassen, aber könnte jedoch etwas zuvorkommender sein auch in der Empfehlung und Beratung bei der Wahl der Speisen. Die Gerichte waren an sich lecker, aber es hatte beim Omelette noch das gewisse Etwas gefehlt. Entweder man ändert die Speise ab inklusive Brot oder man garniert mit Salat und weiteren Dingen, weil es sonst sehr leer wirkt der Teller. Das Omelett hat wirklich gut geschmeckt, wie auch der Saft.
