Burger King — Restaurant in La Oliva

It is potentially the worst Burger King ever.

The kitchen looked like a chimpanzee pen at the local zoo... food scattered all over the floor, boxes piled high in one area.... the self-serve machines do not work, I tried them on both English and Spanish languages.... People were walking up to the counter complaining about their food as I was doubting my decision to order food there....

Somehow, I ended up with a chicken burger when I ordered a flaming burger.... It was like a piece of breaded 4mm plywood, I have just returned from A&E, and they confirmed I broke my jaw chewing this burger. The chips looked white, like they needed replanting and given a little more time to grow, maybe another chance at life.

At one point, whilst I waited the same time it takes to watch the entire series of Lost, I watched the staff arguing amongst themselves. One guy just liked to shrug everything off to a woman working on the front counter. The staff all used head sets to talk to each other, even when they were standing right next to each other.

The more I think about this fast food outlet, the more it think it should have its own TV show.

The ice in my drink was, however, frozen.......

We visited this Burger King location on 14.10.202, 8 PM. Dropped in with a party of four adults, ordered some simple items, nothing special. A burger, some fries, a drink each. All of us payed with card, and placed our orders at the same time at the terminals. However, two of us received our order after a very long time : it took exactly 38 minutes, and this was simply unacceptable. When the order finally came through, it was missing an item and we received no explanation for the long preparation time. We also spoke to another German couple that was there and they were also waiting for at least 30 minutes. There was at least one other group of people that waited as long as we did. The food was acceptable, however three of us ordered Whoppers and one burger contained a sauce that the other two did not, which was strange. Burger King, you have a serious problem at this location, and it seems to be nothing new, if you look at the recent reviews. Fix this....

The worst Burger King experience I have ever had in my life. The chips were freezing cold and the burger was at best very average. I waited 25 minutes for a burger when the restaurant was empty. The staff wander around like they have nothing urgent to do. I’ve given this one star when my expectations are already low it being a Burger King.

Absolutely disgusting waste of my hard earned money. I have had a Burger King before and they’ve been reasonable, this is the worst Burger King I have ever ever had and a terrible endorsement for such a prominent brand. I feel like deleting the transaction from my banking it was that bad out of shame. I will never go back to this place I don’t know what the opposite of King is so let’s just say Burger Beggar.
