Etica Italian Food — Restaurant in La Oliva

We just had the most wonderful meal here tonight, probably our best during our week in Correlejo. My only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner as tonight is our last night here. Wonderful service, the lady serving us was so gracious, kind, polite and attentive. We began with some sangria and a little bruscetta each, got some advice on meal choices, ate our weight in cheese before the main event - every single one of us cleared our plates completely - the first time all holiday!!! Authentic fine Italian at it's best 👌 We didn't have room for dessert sadly, but we enjoyed the limoncello and a little desert taster to end the evening. I hope more people discover this gem and enjoy some fine Italian cuisine!! Thank you to everyone at Etica for a wonderful evening and great food!

Tried twice to get in as was closed first time and the wait was so worthwhile. Authentic delicious food and lovely ambience. This is not.your usual holiday restaurant but somewhere special and.caring. We had the meat platter, cheese platter breads and caprese salad.to share and then then the seafood pasta which was divine and spaghetti carbonara. 2 bottles of lovely rose and complimentary Limonchelo at the end and sangria.and tostada at the start. GO HERE! Wow! What a beautiful restaurant! We had three mains between us. What a surprise to be met with all sorts of complimentary treats ( I won't spoil the surprises) We had the Carbonara, the gnocchi and the tagliatelle beef cheek ragu. 3 mains. My goodness they were incredible. If you like Italian food this place is a must. Great atmosphere, great hosts. And their chocolate mousse is unlike anything I've ever tasted.
