I first stumble upon this bakery on Amazon Spain several years ago and bought its rosquillas to deliver to my partner's place as a birthday gift. They were so amazing, he made a mental note to must-bring me to its store the next time we are in Leon together. August 2023 was my first in-person visit to this store and it was surely worth the trip - I tried the chocolate roll, almonde crisp, and rosquilla on the spot and o.m.g. the filling in the rosquilla was a delightful surprise!! Lovely place! Very friendly staff and delicious pastry. By coincidence we passed by and decided to have some breakfast. Best decision: stuffed chocolate croissant and very tasteful strawberry croissant were accompanied by two tasteful cafes von leche. If we could, we would have tried all the other lovely pastries. Me regalaron un caja de productos de Nazaré. Esta empresa trabaja con GLS transportistas, al recibir el pedido en mi domicilio particular el transportista ( que venia con otro logo en su vestuario que no era GLS) solicita mi DNI, al cual mi niego. Le emplazo a que me ofrezca otro medio de justificar su entrega, me dice que no. Que debe ser DNI, yo insisto k NO. Da un patada a mi puerta y entra en mi casa. Mi vecino y yo lo sacamos a empujones al descansillo de la escalera. Esto es el antecedente.... Muy enfadado llamo a Nazaré para transmitirles mi disgusto y mi más sincero animo de colaborar con el fin de que ponga una queja de esta falta muy grave. Porque considero que ellos tb son "responsables " de sus colaboradores......sorprendemente su respuesta es que ellos solo hacen el producto y que si tengo quejas las ponga yo en la agencia, !como si cliente escogiese a la agencia!. Señores de Nazaré, ustedes son responsables con quien colaboran desde los ingredientes del producto que elaboran hasta que llega a los domicilios de sus clientes, que les han pagado por adelantado.
