Michael Kors- Outlet — Local services in Málaga

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Today we came to the store around 9pm. We were the only customers in the store. There were 2 female employees. I asked in Spanish if there are any promotions. One employee responded in Spanish only saying „20% discount“. I asked in Spanish „on everything?“. Then she laughed as if I’m stupid and said only on the bags and wallets. We took one wallet, letting them know that we wanted to buy it. Afterwards I took a pair of shoes from the front and asked if I can try it on. They said yes, so I went to the back of the store (where they have seats and socks). None of them came once to check on me or ask me if I need another size (the shoe was way too small). Only when I shouted „disculpa, can you help me with the size?“ through the whole store, one of them came. MIND YOU, my mom and me were the only ones in the store!!! When we went to the cashier to pay the wallet, they wanted to charge us the full price without the 20% discount. Honestly it seemed like the wanted to screw us over. Already when the situation happened with the shoes, I told my mom that I don’t want to buy the wallet anymore. If it wasn’t for her wanting to gift it to me, I would have bought NOTHING. Customers are not treated well here, seems like they’re too full of themselves and think they are better than others. At other stores like Karl Lagerfeld they treated us with lots of kindness...
