Service & Wait Time I arrived early by Spanish standards (12:30 PM) when only one other family of three was waiting. Despite the minimal crowd, I still waited 12 minutes for my bacon burger with fries. When my order was ready, the staff forgot to provide the cup for my drink—I had to insist and show my receipt to get it. This level of service seems poor considering how quiet the restaurant was. Food Quality Fries: The portion was generous and noticeably better than the average Spanish fast-food standard. However, they were mostly soggy and over-salted, which led me to discard more than half. Burger: Unfortunately, the burger was also soggy. The bun was completely saturated and barely holding together—possibly from sitting wrapped in paper during my wait time, causing it to steam. The meat patty itself was decent quality, though I couldn’t detect any bacon despite ordering the “bacon burger.” Positives • Mayo dispenser available for fries • Good selection of soft drinks and free refill • Food quality slightly above McDonald’s standard Good too the free peanuts if you like Negatives • Patio was ok that day 22nd Aug. was a foggy day o. the coast • Music volume was excessively loud • Poor value for money at €18.95 for a bacon burger (without noticeable bacon), small fries, and soft drink Overall Verdict While marginally better than typical McDonald’s fare, the experience was disappointing given the premium pricing. ⭐🍔 FIVE GUYS – A SURPRISINGLY DELICIOUS DISCOVERY! 🍟⭐

My nephew recently introduced my husband and me to Five Guys at McArthurGlen in Málaga, and since we live in Spain, this was my first-ever visit to this famous American fast food chain — and wow, what an experience! 🤩

From the moment we ordered, everything was so easy and fun — you can create your meal exactly the way you want it, with countless topping combinations for burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. 🥪🍔🌭

✨ The beef patties were absolutely delicious and juicy — full of flavor and cooked to perfection! The fries were something truly special: hand-cut fresh in the restaurant every day and fried in peanut oil, which gave them that wonderful, crispy, golden texture and a rich, nutty taste. 🥜🍟

I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were! We ordered fries in a cup, but there were even extra fries tucked inside the bag with our burgers — something I’ve never seen at any other fast-food place before. 😍

We all got our bellies happily full, and the surprises didn’t stop there! You can refill your soft drinks, grab as much ketchup and mayonnaise as you like, and even enjoy peanuts in the shell while waiting for your food — such a fun and unique touch! 🥤🥜

Another delightful surprise was the huge variety of lemonades and smoothies — so many flavors to choose from that it felt like a treat all on its own! 🍋🍓🥭

All of this made me feel truly well cared for, and I left with a big smile on my face. 😊 I’ll definitely be coming back to Five Guys again — next time with an even bigger...

Big wait in queue outside, girl took order outside, then the cashier couldn't understand order, milk shake delivered in 4 minutes, food took 25 minutes, had to bring back shakes as they were bad with big wait. Another 10 minutes to replace milkshakes then minimum amount of fries with food order. I think the owners should visit London, Dublin or other five guys franchises as they don't understand the Five Guy's concept of fast food or overfilled bag's with fries. Had to order more fries for 5.75€ total bill for 3 people with burgers, fries 2 shakes and 1 beer 54€ and over 1 hour...
