Happy to take your money but terrible customer service.would not answer our calls e mails or messages. Owes us money called in to shop to collect they have refused to pay us even though we have proof of this ( factura signed by the owner) owner very abusive cannot repeat the names we was called.
In response to your false reply below . We never expected or asked you to cover our original shipping costs. Because you did not deliver the correct ordered items your fault & us having to then pay extra shipping costs you then agreed to pay part of our extra costs . Which is in the signed factura by you in agreement to this cost. As to causing any upset to your customers the Spanish lady customer there at the time agreed with us especially after seeing the signed factura. Also regarding your false claim that we broke covid rules us not wearing masks please check your cctv, it might even pick up your abusive language toward us. You are extremely fortunate that after consulting town hall customer protection department & also lawyers , because of the costs involved we decided not to continue with denouncing you.
