Centro Comercial Granaita — Local services in Pulianas

Typical U.S. mall for those who visit Granada from the U.S. The are some nice stores and a supermarket inside, also some decent looking restaurants. The mall is going through some expansion project to add 20 or so more stores and restaurants. The best part about this mall is a small cafeteria up front in the main entrance, it's small but it packs a great amount of flavor on their coffee. This is probably the best coffee I had in all of Spain. I know those are big words but it is true. It is called Guayoyo, which is owned by a Venezuelan guy and it makes reference to water-down Venezuelan coffee. Don't be fooled by that because the coffee is just great, so are the pastries and tostadas he serves for breakfast with the different varieties of toppings. Just north of Granada, Spain, Pulianas hosts the important shopping and leisure complex Granaita. Combining the previous Alameda Shopping Center with Kinépolis Park produced this greatest commercial and recreational park in the area with more than eighty stores. Muy mal. Mi esposo y yo hemos recibido un trato horrible. Ayer compramos un sofá cama en Maisons du Monde. Lo pagamos íntegro para recogerlo hoy. Cuando hemos llegado con nuestro coche a recogerlo esta tarde nos han dicho que nadie podía salir de la tienda para ayudar a cargarlo. Había varios hombres y mujeres que no estaban, precisamente muy ocupados. Ante ello hemos dicho que ya no queríamos el sofá. Era imposible retirarlo. Nos han dicho q. No nos devolvían el dinero. Que nos dan la mitad y la otra mitad en un vale para compras. Hemos manifestado nuestro descontento. Cómo era imposible la situación, el dependiente dice que bueno, que ayuda a la carga. Cuando sacamos el sofá a la puerta de la calle, vemos que no está en buen estado, que tiene torcidas las patas metálicas que lo sostienen con unas ruedecitas. Ante tal Estado, mi marido comenta a los dependientes que no podemos comprar un sofá estropeado. No ha habido forma de acuerdo. El sofá se ha quedado. En la tienda y nos hemos tenido que aguantar sin sofá y sin devolución del dinero integro. Evidentemente, no volveré a comprar nada en dicha tienda, q. Por otro lado tiene una pésima calidad y todos sus cachivaches son chinos. No entiendo cómo podemos permitir esto como consumidores arruinando el comercio granadino y dejando que estos buitres multinacionales nos traten...
