Don't know why there have been bad reviews of this course. Take no notice and go form your own opinion. Staff were friendly and helpful. We played as a 2 ball first thing and got round in 4 hours. Greens, fairways and tees were in excellent condition and there were many staff working on course to keep it so. Ideal for your average club player. Quite long. Mainly flat but some interesting features. We hired clubs and they were Taylormade and Callaway. Buggy and 2 players came to €99 but could have got it for €88 if booked online. Played here twice this vacation, the first time we walked off after hole 11 because of horribly slow play, at least 30 minutes waiting per hole. The marshal was nowhere to be seen. We complained in the pro shop and was told we would get a discount next time and he took our info. The next time he said we needed a confirmation and after some back and forth he reluctantly gave us 10% and said it was normal with slow play in high season (we used 4.5 hours to hole 11.) First time at this course and probably the last. The Tees were probable in the best condition out of the whole course. Having never played here, the hole signs gave yardages but the hole layout was half obscured by the yardage signs. The fairways were mixed but the greens were consistently poor. Puts were mostly unpredictable. The course needs TLC and I would class it as a municipal type course back in the UK. Why would Miguel Ángel Jiménez put his name to this course?
