I can confirm everything that has been said in previous reviews regarding Theeta’s Thai massage, he is an amazing masseur and the knowledge and advice he gives to you during and after the massage is an invaluable insight to how different points of our bodies are connected. Within a few minutes of meeting Theeta , he had determined where the problems with my back and neck were emanating from. He explained the likely cause of the stiffness and sort of niggling pain in my back first thing in morning, which never really went away during the day. I have been to many massage services. So far, Theetawat is the best. I even used his service twice during my trip to Maspalomas!

Before we began, we had a conversation. Theetawat asked why I want a massage, where do I have tension or pain, etc. He also assessed potential stress points by touching my back and legs. Based on these results, he tailored the massage program for each customer.

Theetawat’s knowledge includes Thai, Japanese, Ayurvedic schools. Such knowledge allows him to go beyond programmatic massage. He combined the techniques and tools from multiple schools to maximize relaxation. He constantly checked my perception of pain and stretches, and he used my responses to adjust the intensity and techniques.

A truly amazing experience and by far the best massage I have ever had. As well as being very caring and friendly, Theeta is extremely professional and knowledgeable. From the warm welcome right through until the time I left, he provided excellent advice for a more healthy life, in terms of both body and mind. Even after the session, Theeta sent me details of the exercises and other advice he had given. Theeta took time to understand where my work and training had introduced problems and ensured these areas were addressed. The massage was very deep tissue and unrushed with time to relax at the end.
