TO AVOID except for the food that was good the rest was a disaster !!!! We went to this restaurant to celebrate the departure of friends. We booked a table for 8. First, when we reached the restaurant the waiter told us that the they prepared a table for 4. We waited outside 30 min the good will of the waiter to prepare the table. Second, when we sat down we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, the waiter brought the bottler that was hot. We asked nicely for ice cubes. As such the waiter took the bottle and never came back. So one of us went the bar and asked for it but she got insulted by a waiteress un Spanish thinking that we will never understand. The waiteress came to apologize but did not even assume her fault and said that we did not properly understood, which was not the case. Third, time for the bill came and we decided to split the bill. We all paid but the head waiter was saying that two of our payment were not accepted. He wanted to make us pay another time without presenting the credit card refusal. We refused. After waiting 20 minutes that he controls everything he admit that all payment were ok. To conclude after all of this the head waiter almost throw us away from his restaurant because they wanted to close ASAP and without any commercial gesture. At least a shot or something to apologize for this catastrophic service. I do not recommend even if the food was good but for the prices and the value proposition of the restaurant that is supposed to be premium, this should never happen. To be totally honest, I am ashamed that I brought my friends in there. We lost 1h30 of the last evening of our friends in Gran Canaria because of their catastrophic logistics. Hope this comment will serve. @450gradi you guys should pay attention to...

My wife and I came here and it was busy but we were seated and given our menu but no drinks menu. We noticed the menu was only in Spanish so asked if we could have one in English , why there wasnt a Spanish , English and German section in the menu is beyond me. We were eventually given an English menu and drinks menu, the waited made a huge big deal about it.
My wife and I like to share a bottle of wine when we go out for a meal so ordered a bottle of what we though was white wine, normally white wine tends to be listed at the top of the menu. We waited ages and were then given 1 glass of Red wine and I was given a glass of water. We told the waiter this was wrong and he instantly barked at us very rudely "we don't do bottles" I asked then why bottles were listed on the menu and why our order was accepted as a bottle ( what restaurant don't sell bottles of wine ?? )
We also mentioned that we were given Red and not white and he screamed at us we had ordered Red not white. I also asked why my wife was given a glass and I wasnt , he snatched the wine off the table ranting something and that was that , nobody returned to sort our drink order out , nobody returned to take our food order nothing we just sat there . After being spoken to like we were in front of the whole restaurant we decided to leave. We paid for the water and left, the young lady who we paid for the water apologised , it wasnt her fault.
Never in 30 years of traveling abroad have we ever felt the need to walk out of a restaurant but then never in 30 years have we been treated so rudely. Avoid...
Read moreWe were looking forward to trying out this restaurant because the reviews looked good and so did the food on the photos. My starter Melanzane alla parmigiana was tasty, but it was missing the fresh focaccia bread which was promised on the menu but I didn’t say anything to the waitor because I thought I am going to be too full if I add the bread.
The main courses were a big dissapointment for all of us. Some of us got salmon. Salmon was raw on all 3 portions and had to be sent back to kitchen. It took 20 mins to come back and not only the plates were changed, the salmon medallion was cut in to pieces but it was STILL raw!
I had pasta carbonara which I usually love and this was supposed to be made the authentic way with egg yolk. Sadly the dish had not even seen an egg yolk, the whole dish was soaked in cheese sauce which tasted nothing but ready cheddar spread from a can. The combination with this cheddar sauce and greasy bacon was so heavy. I could not finish even half of the dish. I asked the waitor if the pasta has cheddar cheese and he denied, but told me that in his opinion the carbonara is the worst dish on their menu and I should have taken sea food instead 😅 They offered me a dessert free from the house which was appreciated. Tiramisu tasted home made.
Overall the athmosphere was nice and service was fine but we can’t get over how dissapointing the main courses were especially considering the prices which were not cheap. For this reason we cannot...
