Las chicas de recepción son un amor,pero las instalaciones son decepcionantes,la mayoría no funcionan. Algunos botones no funcionan,el jacuzzi funcionaba la mitad,y las duchas de fuera que son cuatro solo funcionaban dos y no eran gran cosa. El agua está fría y no me refiero a la picina de coold water,si no todas. Menos el jacuzzi Algunas partes estaban sucias y las tumbonas con burbujas de fuera se le salían los tornillos. Solo doy dos estrellas por las chicas.

Entropic - Great place to relax and enjoy a wee treatment or two. Lovely helpful staff. Prices are reasonable for a holiday resort. Plush comfort.

L’endroit est joli, certes. Mais un conseil : n’y allez pas ! Eau très froide, accueil déplorable. Nous étions 11 pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille : donc 11 avis négatifs. 45 € l’entrée, aucun geste commercial alors qu’on a fini par faire la sieste pendant 2h tellement c’était invivable. Impossible de profiter des équipements. À fuir absolument.

El lugar es bonito, sí. Pero un consejo: ¡no vayan! Agua muy fría, atención pésima. Éramos 11 personas para una despedida de soltera: así que 11 opiniones negativas. 45 € la entrada, ningún reembolso ni compensación, y al final terminamos durmiendo durante 2 horas porque era insoportable. Imposible disfrutar de las instalaciones. Para evitar a toda costa.

The place is pretty, sure. But here’s a tip: don’t go! The water was freezing, the welcome was awful. We were 11 people for a bachelorette party – so that’s 11 negative reviews. €45 entry, no refund or gesture of goodwill, and we ended up napping for 2 hours because it was unbearable. This spa is amazing, it has everything that you need to relax. We are currently staying at the palladium Ibiza we went to the spa today and we love every second of it. It has steam shower, sauna room, 4 different showers outside and loungers so that after a swim you could kick back and relax....
