Horrible Experience!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this beach club, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences. Upon arrival, my friend and I were tricked into paying exorbitant prices that were significantly higher than what others were charged for the same services. The deceitful staff informed us that each sunbed would cost a 90€ and that we had to spend an additional 100€ per person on top of that to stay at the beach club.

Naively, we agreed to these absurd prices, only to later discover that we were the only ones being ripped off. Everyone else paid a mere 45€ per sunbed, with no minimum spending requirement. How is this fair? It became apparent that my friend and I were deliberately targeted to be taken advantage of.

When we tried to address this issue with the so-called managers, their lack of professionalism and empathy was truly astonishing. The first manager claimed her workday was over and showed zero concern about the situation, dismissing us outright. The second manager at least seemed to understand what had happened, but he couldn't care less and had no intention of rectifying the situation. It was apparent that they simply wanted us to pay the inflated bill and leave.

The service at this beach house was terrible. The staff lacked any concept of understanding and treated us with disrespect and contempt. The fact that we were not compensated in any way for the deception and mistreatment is beyond infuriating.

To add insult to our frustration, the guy who led us to the sunbeds, in an attempt to exploit us for more money, never took any responsibility or faced any consequences for his deceitful actions. It's clear that this place prioritizes profit over ethical and fair treatment of their customers.

Overall, my experience at this beach house was utterly terrible. The way they treated us was downright disgusting. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. I warn all potential customers to be careful and vigilant when dealing with the staff, as they have no qualms about taking advantage of their customers. Avoid this place at all costs, as you'll likely end up feeling cheated and exploited, just like my friend and I did.

P.S. watch out for the blond beach boy, he’s is the one...

An insanely priced failed experience from start to finish - beware!

Firstly, it is insane to charge 220EUR for a beachbed without any of the amount going to the final bill of food/drinks - this is more expensive than any Beach Club I’ve ever been to. At that price point you would however expect perfection, right? You’ll be proven wrong!

We were brought to the bed and after waiting 30 minutes, I had to actively ask for our water service and complementary fruit basket - “fruit basket” is a steep exaggeration for what you get: half a sliced pineapple. At that price point? Laughable.

But the real mess started once we sat down at the restaurant for lunch. We ordered starters, 2x gnocci and 2x vongole linguini for the table (AT 50EUR PER DISH!!!!!). After we had our starters, we waited over an hour for our pasta - our friends at another table already finished their lunch at that point. The waiter confirmed: they forgot our order. Both of the vongole were so unbelievably salty that they were inedible, so we sent them back to the kitchen and decided for no replacement as we already sat down for around 2 hours and wanted to get back to our insanely expensive beach bed. (By the way, the vongole at our friends’ table was also inedible due to the salt).

Once we got the bill, we then realized that we were charged 23EUR for a coconut - a single simple coconut, which was also unripe - although we only ordered the coconut water for 7EUR. We had to discuss with the manager until they finally took it off the bill.

Once we came back to the beach, we were offered complementary shots to try to make up our shitty experience - and guess what: they even got that order wrong.

All in all, the service personnel was very friendly and tried to fix the mess with a free dessert but I surely won’t return. The prices at Beachouse are ridiculous for the poor experience you get. And by the way: a plane is starting every 15mins above the club. Stay far away and go to any other beach club on the Island - there are much nicer spots for...

Extremely pretentious, fake, overpriced and non existant vibe/ambiance throughout all day. Had really high expectations for the place as a boho chic lover who enjoy other boho beach club places in Bali, Mykonos, Tulum and rest of Ibiza even in Dubai. Booked sunbed through the day, and wanted to get our name on guest list for Boho wednesday evening. Had to ask multiple times throughout the day to different employees to get our name written down as a couple, but advised we are not dressed "boho" enough and go change before we come back for the evening. We said OK and ate our overpriced 40 euro guac and other food in our unnecessary 140 eur sunbeds which is basically in public beach without any music or any ambiance different than the other people sitting in the beach next to us freely, went back home changed & came back again. Staff had us wait in a queue for no reason for 30 mins even though we said we're in guestlist, to learn that they had us specifically wait in wrong queue on purpose and forgot (!) to put my name in the list even though we asked together as a couple from the girl face to face in the day and had to fight for it. After all these hoops, we're finally in to the place we just left for 1 hour and crowd is dressed really nice but there is no quality music AT ALL all night, besides a musician boy who played boring indie music and talking hours on its own before sunset which half of the crowd barely heard, then a DJ finally at 10 who played horrendeous house music as if we are in a Kurdish wedding in Middle East with only people shooting in the air missing. Pretentious and vibeless bland overhyped tourist trap. Dont bother. There are better tourist trap places at least you can enjoy good...

Disappointing day at Beachouse. We arrived at 10am and had a reservation for a double beach bed (prepaid €140 for 2). We had to sit maybe 10 minutes in the restaurant to be shown to the bed, seemed strange when the venue was open and beach was ready.. not sure why we had to wait so long. Anyway, cold towels are apparently included (we were never offered) and a can of water each. We were automatically given two still although we heard guests around be offered the choice still or sparking. The breakfast menu is available at the beach or in the restaurant. The menu was really good - sadly I wasn’t hungry so didn’t eat it but they had lots of eggs, bowls, main dishes, tartines and with gluten free and dairy free options which was great for me! The vibe was great, super chilled. Although the staff were friendly, service wasn’t the best and the beach wasn’t busy busy. We would stop someone to be told you need a waiter let me get someone, no one would come etc. just felt like effort to order. Anyway lunch menu was okay, we got the guac and jamon. To be honest we would have loved to have seen more salads and more tapas style dishes as the next options were pasta or mains (big meats and fish etc). The food menu was quite expensive compared to other places and this beach club has nothing redeemable against the cost of the bed (again unlike some places) As we were leaving the restaurant was full, great vibe and dj playing. Nice day but disappointing, don’t think I’d rush back sadly.

Bad service & hidden fees. & False marketing. They cannot speak English. We asked how much is a bed. The guy came and said 8€ and Sixten (16€) euro for both beds and the umbrella. When the bill came it was 60€ and a part of it was 10 euro service fee for the beach. There was hidden fees and we tried to talk to the manager but they forced us to pay instead of amending their issue. So i asked to bring the guy who sold us the beds. He cannot speak English properly and pronunces 60 as SIXTEN. The head waiter agreed that it was a mistake in his workers pronunciation, but still forced us, and threatened us to call the police. Very bad service. They can easily amend their mistake but no they blamed us and they basically lied to us and admitted they did wrong, false marketing, but won't amend it. I've worked in high end restaurants and you have to amend it, customers always right but not here. They will screw you over and want your money, not for you to come back and build relations. I will not come back & you should not if you don't want to be scammed of your wallet and pay x8 times of what the price they market. I don't think they know what service is. This is NOT a high end beach club, because they don't even give service, they are out to scam you. They don't treat or care about customers :( I live here for 5 years, My housemate used to DJ here, but I won't come back I will not come back and tell all the locals & my friends & tourists to avoid getting scammed and treated BADLY...
