Could be positioned as Austrian food restaurant in Ibiza... They serve a tuna steak as well-done and breaded (or some crumbs with wasabi nuts on it) with mashed potatoes (face palm). Don't ask for Espresso Martini unless you like Sacher-cake-cream-foam on it (and it is not on the dessert menu). Gaspacho is super thin, fish soup is too salty for my taste...So if you close your eyes and try to match the taste to a picture in your head you are not sure what it is that you have in your mouth and what quality the components have. They must have taken the Spanish dish titles and came up with whatever recipies which were then evaluated with mashed potato in mouth. On the other hand Vienna schnitzel is quite delicious and probably the best on the island, and the biggest. So if you want schnitzel that's it and there is no need for "other" items on the menu because it is confusing. No wonder the only clients are wealthy German speaking tourists. The big plus is the sea view of course, thanks to the beautiful one-and-only Ibiza, but if you place this restarant in the middle of NYC you will not notice a difference in the taste of the food - nothing todo with the beach or about Ibiza really. Summary: the schnitzel is like in Vienna, if you are looking for mediterranean cuisine or anything Ibiza-authentic there are dozens of better chiringuitos and restaurants around. Food 3/5, view 5/5, drinks 2/5, service 2/5 that is kind of snobby and cold-hearted, price-quality 3/5, general atmosphere - lots of families,...

We came to Coco Beach for a drink at 7pm and the guys in the entrance (x3) didn’t even asked us if we will order a bottle of Champagne or a glass of water. They just told us “NO” and invited us to leave. Very bad vibes and I know all these beaches clubs in Ibiza for being a half year resident. To go Coco Beach was a Flash Back as I used to come every day at Coco Beach with my 42’ Cigarette Speed Boat 20 years ago but of course the managers were more friendly not to say more clever. The entire restaurant was empty as well as all the sun beds (not surprisingly) We then went to the next door beach club called Nassau Beach where we were attended with a very warm welcome. Great and nice staff. The restaurant was half full and the sun beds were fully occupied. I’ll never return to Coco Beach but Nassau got me as a new customer. Finally we had a delicious Sushi Sashimi dinner at Nassau Beach Club and we felt very happy not to have seated at Coco Beach It takes 20 years to build a reputation and just 5 minutes to ruined it. If you think about that you will do things...
Read moreThe place to be on the magic island is likely a pretty straight forward description of Cocobeach. The Quality of the food is simply unbeatable and it just doesn't matter if you order at 1 p.m. or 10 p.m. - there is no difference. I've read multiple evaluations and the restaurant stands out when people talk about the place. Agree, however, as much as we like the restaurant, we love the beach. The crew led by Mati performs magic every day and they are really making a "simple" day on the beach to an unforgettable event. Anita, Christian, Micka, Nelson serving you with the best Sangria on the island - always running around to make you happy, to cool your drinks all day long with ice, they basically read your mind. I take my hat off for them, as this is a tough job - no doubt. And not to forget - without Ciro managing the beds, the beach wouldn't be the same. Keep it up team - you are an amazing team that makes a difference...
