During our recent trip to Ibiza, we visited Nassau Beach Club and were greeted by an upscale beach experience like no other. We comfortably settled into the chic loungers, offering a pristine view right on the beachfront. The blend of sun, rhythmic beats from the live DJ, and unmistakable jet-set vibes made it an exceptional day out. One of the most commendable aspects was the seamless service – from appetizing food to refreshing drinks, everything was delivered right to our spot on the beach. The ocean view was unparalleled, truly defining the word ‘phenomenal’. The atmosphere was energetic and dynamic, truly capturing the essence of a luxurious beach club. We also had the opportunity to socialize, meeting many interesting individuals throughout our approximately 10-hour stay. However, a point of contention was the pricing. For our group of four, the expenditure reached a staggering €900. The base cost alone for two beds, two umbrellas, and towels was €300. While we admittedly splurged €600 on food and drinks, the initial charge seemed a tad overpriced, especially considering it excluded any beverages. Granted, we visited during peak season, which could justify higher prices. In terms of service, it was exemplary. There was an abundance of attentive staff, and we always felt well taken care of. To summarize, Nassau Beach Club offers an exceptional beach experience with top-notch service and ambiance. However, potential visitors should be prepared for premium pricing. Despite this, the allure of the beach club is undeniable, and I’d certainly consider returning.

The website asks for your credit card info before disclosing the price for a sunbed or explaining that it's for cancelations only not made 24 hours in advance. That's confusing and unclear for me. Hopefully, management can fix this. Too much trouble just to see the prices. Edit: You have to read the fine print of their booking policy first, and for me anyway, piece together that you must call or email in advance for beach club "sunbed" prices. I personally want to see the price at a glance rather than read two pages of fine print first to know I must contact them further by email to get what I'm looking for. Management did reply to my post to explain that I must email for prices, so that is a plus. However, since I'm a cruise passenger and there is a chance I won't have wifi to email and there doesn't seem to be a WhatsApp number to call, I won't book (Plus, I still don't know the price and you can truly only book online if you are comfortable with a mystery price). I'm sure it's a beautiful place, but I'll have to take my chances the day I arrive at port and walk by to see if it's available. I changed my review from a 3 to 4 star because they responded and said they will take my comments into consideration. A few simple words added to their booking page would help a lot. See attached.

This review has nothing to do with the taste of the food. The food was amazing. To start off, we waited 20 minutes to even receive some water not to mention our waiter had a super bad attitude to the point where someone else had to attend us. Fabian (our waiter)… THE WORST. It took half an hour to place an order for a starter. The main dish came out quick and was yummy UNTIL my sister and I saw mice/rats!!!!!! Not just one but FOUR. We immediately informed staff and they told us this was NORMAL and that they were MICE not RATS (same difference). They literally didn’t care and carried on. The “manager” and cook came out to reassure us the mice were not in the kitchen. Honestly I DO NOT CARE it’s disgusting. Overall, that incident made me very suspicious of the food quality especially for the “quality” and price of the food. Also all staff were rude and nonchalant. Terrible experience for my last night in Ibiza :/ to be honest, wish I would have made a scene until I got refunded.

The staff here was amazing, very friendly and helpful and always there when you need something. However, we knew there will be an extra 20% charge on food & drinks because it’s mentioned on the menu, but what is not mentioned anywhere is that there is an extra 20% charge on the beds too. We were told the bed is 120€ when we arrived, but it was actually 144€ at the end. I suppose that most people coming here would be ok with the price difference if they were told from the beginning, but tricking people like this is embarrassing behaviour from a business, just like a low cost airline. We just felt tricked at the end and disrespected by this silly policy. While we were told that many beach clubs do this in Spain, I guess we were lucky to go to the ones that don’t until now. There was also no music at all, just loud people getting drunk, disturbing us, sitting on our bed, shouting in our heads, spilling drinks around us.

Edit to reply: The menus state that 20% will be applied to anything ordered on the beach, it does not mention sun beds as sun beds are not on the menu. Moreover, the menu is on the table by the sun bed, so you’d have already committed to a sun bed by the time you see that. We were told “Beds are 120€”. That’s it. Not once were we informed by the 20% extra. I hope you understand that this is a thing of principle that clients should clearly be informed about any extra charges. That is if you want your clients to feel good and respected, otherwise keep doing this and let everyone feel insulted and scammed at the end of their visit. I also believe that this affects your staff as well, because when you are hit with a 20% extra on your bill at the end, the chances of adding another 20% as tip are lower as that would make your bill 40% more than what you thought. I personally would much rather pay 20% as a tip to your very helpful staff than as an...

So disappointed with my last visit. Been visiting Nassau beach club for around 15 years. It’s always the highlight of our holiday.

Went last week on 4th June. Booked the beds for the day for €120 which we don’t normally mind as it’s always amazing music but there was no music on all day. We questioned it and was told they can’t play music anymore, however, the Tanit beach club next door was playing loud music. If I known or be told there would be no music then I wouldn’t have visited. What beach club doesn’t play music!! Especially in ibiza which is famous for its music.

We spend around €350. When we visit for 2 people. This has really put me off coming again. I really think you should warn people that you can’t play music! Really poor customer service. I will be finding a new beach club in the future.

Edit* I’d like to add that the day after I posted this review I received the money I paid out added on to my travel card. I’m presuming it was from Nassau beach club for our unfortunate experience. Thank you (if it was you)🙏

I’m aware it is out of your control and it’s a decision made by the local council to ban music at beach clubs. My only wish was that I was told when we arrived. I really hope they reverse this decision as I know it will affect a lot of business and the whole party...
